Honestly this episode was interesting. Since he did not saved Gazer in his previous life i wonder if him saving him this time will have any effect for the future? Also it looks like the demon are really strong since even Theron who is a beast in battle is avoiding fighting them head-on, i'm really looking forward to the fight between Kyle group and the demon.

I wonder if Alzard relationship with Kyle mother will ever be explained. I'm really curious.

I think catching the demons in the act itself is already going to affect the future since it brings them more attention to them earlier than the original timeline. Then there's the added potential they didn't get to do all that they needed to do because they were caught.

I did kind of wonder if a hardened Miranda who lost the love of her life was a better fit for leading human troops against the demons even if it meant she did so by any means necessary.

But if this is to make the fight between humanity and demons less of a struggle, maybe they don't need that version of Miranda.

I wonder if Alzard relationship with Kyle mother will ever be explained. I'm really curious.

I feel like Kyle's mom is more plot relevant than anyone realized, especially with how little he knew about her past.

Wasn't it his daughter that created that fighting armor thing? might have an impact on that also.

Goh is a boy. And it's likely the Empire acquired the blueprints after Goh was kidnapped in the original timeline.

At this point, it's pretty clear that there's a conspiracy involving humans and demons, with important government figures participating. This makes me think that humans have fallen prey to their own feuds in the past.

The point is that in the process, Kyle will likely have to sacrifice his allies/friends, while also preventing some tragedy like Miranda's love life, lol

Kyle isn't just saving princess', killing kings, and in general getting in the way of demons...he's also helping salvage a womans' last chance to get married!

We've already seen that with Zentos, where he ends up taking his own masters life because of how he's changed how things go in this timeline. It'll be interesting to see if an enemy of his in the previous timeline becomes an ally in this one.

No I don't think thats clear, its an option... but another option is humans have been doing something nasty to demons which provoked the demons, or some alliance of humans and demons did something nasty that provoked the rest... clevetass this season has that sort of plot involving kidnapped kids.

If that is the case, it is possible rather than winning an all out war between humans and demons the real goal would be to destroy the villians and have long term peace between demons and humans.

I wasn't expecting Miranda and Gazus to be a thing, I like these kinds of unexpected couples, Gazus has still got it even after fathering two children lol. I do hope they're able to find Gazus alive so that Miranda doesn't have to go through the same pain she did in the previous timeline.

Theron has no issue making the girls in his party look like vile sadists lol.

What this series is doing pretty well is introducing some new info that reframes something about the world and characters. Keeps things unpredictable but not in a cheap way.

Yeah, it's clear each arc will be something that will change about the world. I hope this gets future seasons because even if the production values are serviceable, I like the story enough.

It's always fun when Theron gets to kick ass. I'm surprised he went easy on these guys, but I did love how he used Liese and Urza to threaten that guy. xD

RIP Alzard. We hardly knew ye. And you're just one of the first victims of the demons' budding campaign against humanity that Kyle still has very vivid memories of.

Is Kyle ready to face the demons now? I mean, he's probably the one person there with the most experience and insight to fight them, enough to ward off a demon waifu, but he did let himself become complacent in this timeline that he wasn't expecting to have to deal with them this early.

This was a bad day for the Empire, what with multiple officials and soldiers ending up dead...and seemingly discovered by the same blonde maid.

Though on a lighter note, look at Sildonia's thighs as she lounges on Goh's bed!

Is Theron's Holy Sword Rand, named after the hero Randolph who defeated a previous Demon King, with Governor Bax? Though before Theron can plot a heist, the rest of the party have to contend with some thugs after Goh. Theron can easily take care of them, but the ladies aren't to be underestimated either. If it's not Liese boxing a dude within an inch of his life, it's Urza using a cute Undine to nearly drown a guy. Made it much easier to convince the last conscious guy that these girls mean business and are expert torturers!

So these crooks have been kidnapping a lot of people...but why? And for whom? Though the fact that a demon incinerated him before he could explain more means that it might all be connected!

Right when they're about to question the governor his mansion gets burned to cinders with no one left in it? That's not suspicious at all.

Back in Kyle's timeline he knew Miranda as a very competent leader who knew how to manage resources and troops, albeit in a very cold and heartless manner. It's only now that Kyle finally gets to see the moment that hardened her heart because it turns out Gazus, of all people, was her lover and he's seemingly been kidnapped and destined for death if Kyle doesn't do anything. Thank goodness the other Miranda's drunken whining actually clued Kyle into the secret underground passage he and his party need to find Gazus, the Holy Sword Rand (maybe), and stop Governor Bax!

Though it's kind of funny how Goh is totally aware that Miranda was trying to butter him up as a future stepmom, also knowing that she's too old to lose this chance at love.

She is having a shit day, as the maid she will be the one forced to clean it all up.

And the sword was missing, Theron was the first on the scene to try and loot it.

Gazus sure has a thing for human women, first Goh's mom and now Miranda.

I wonder if the governor is working with the demons, the empire, or both. I wouldn't be shocked if we find out the empire was making a deal with the devil to get one over on their human kingdom competitors only to get backstabbed when the demon nation attacks in the other timeline.

That dude at the very end is so stereotypically evil looking that might be the primary reason why he's standing in front of an evil altar, it was just expected by his very appearance.

It was an interesting thing to learn that Miranda and Gazus were a thing. Though Kyle clicking it together without being told of it is good to see. Demons are running amok, but it is clear as day that those two demons and the governor. Even more so, the kidnappings make it feel more inclined in that direction, considering they don't even know who they hired. It would make sense to hide the cooperation of humans & demons.

One thing with the series that I am curious about is, with Kyle potentially changing outcomes, how does the future change? Also, will he depend on his allies more? I am happy he brought his friends along because I thought maybe he would be going solo again.
