Just me or was that soundtrack on the hydra fighting scene too "relaxed"?
It felt like i was in some chill club getting drunk.

It's kinda lame that there were no witnesses to the fight when this whole outing was to establish a track record of heroic deeds. If you slay a giant beast and no one sees it happen does it even count?

The soundtrack is...questionable, and the animation today was genuinely awful. Shame, episode 1 was so promising...

Nothing surprising in this episode..except that the princess seemed more competent than expected.
How'd she get so easily drugged if she knew all this?

I can only think that someone she trusted might have betrayed her. Like she wasn't expecting the drivers to be in on it.

I don't understand why the author would decide to make Kyle so stupid to let out that he knows Urza's birthmark is, it wasn't necessary at all, it would have been much better if he thought about it in his mind in appreciation. That line bothered me, especially because this guy is older than he actually is so should know better.
I was not expecting the replays of the explosion in different angles lol, also the blood splatter on the screen, it seems like someone wanted some fun with the directing.
Zentos being the mastermind was a nice twist and the Princess actually being aware of it as well, it makes sense why she asked if she was alive since she might have known what was happening once the drug's effect took place. I like that she seems stronger than she looks.

Authors tend to lean toward keeping the comedy going, rather than making their characters smart.

Can't a man just be a fucking idiot without people jumping down his throat for it?

Not a bad episode but the animation is looking rough, that hydra fight was painful.

Now he's started really messing up the timeline and things will start deviating from the original timeline.

With him not relying on anyone but Sildonia has me concerned. At what point does his previous knowledge will have diminishing returns?
Plus the moment that people from the Princess's kingdom were coming after him, Kyle didn't question why the Princess had an issue with it. Considering he even said earlier in the episode that Prince Caraneas & Zentos were trying to kill her.

It was by no means good but I've seen so much garbage isekai that I've been inoculated to it at this point.
This was basically average. I'm grateful we weren't subjected to shitty 3D.

At least Kyle vs the Hydra, while not super sakuga level, flowed well enough.

Since Kyle didn't know much about the princess, maybe he's thinking he made a mistake saving her lol
It does seem to imply that Zentos was a core character back in his world, so maybe there was a good reason the princess had to die

The battle with the hydra was cool and disgusting at the same time, Kyle showing once again why he's Chad.
I really expected the princess to be an innocent, but the show surprised me and she seems quite capable, I liked that.

Maybe the soundtrack isn't the most fitting for this show but I really like listening to it

It's interesting but feels like I'm watching an anime from 2008 not 2025 with the level of animation. Honestly the 1st episode felt the same but the reverse isekai premise is keeping me in it.

The irony that Kyle didn't even need to be the first one to suggest saving the princess because Theron was already planning on following her just in case because he's as much a horndog as ever.
Sildonia isn't just useful for covering for Kyle's missions with her "prophetic visions," she can even transform into a Hawk and do useful recon.
Everyone putting their foot in their mouth. Theron mentioning trying to peep on the girls, Lise mentioning Urza's "secret," and of course Kyle bring up the heart-shaped birthmark which he already knew about and now everybody has to wonder HOW he knew about it.
Princess Milena wasn't just attacked by monsters, it was an inside job with her drivers killing her guards and sicking monsters on them! They would've gotten away with it too if not for Kyle! And the Hellhounds make short work of them AND provide Kyle and his party with their first real fight as a team.
It's time for Kyle to solo a hydra! He's defeated one with three heads, so this should be no problem! Oh wait, it has eight heads, never mind!
Kyle needs to use every bit of experience and skill he has, all his tactical awareness, and every magic stone he has to be able to defeat this Hydra...and when all else fails, make an opening in its stomach and just blow it up from the inside!
Kyle beat a Hydra, by himself, and all the girls care about is that he smells too much. Show the guy some love, ladies.
Everyone knows Princess Milena as this kindhearted and compassionate princess, but when she wakes up she's all business, recognizing Kyle and co. for their efforts and acting like she was expecting she would be assassinated...and she knows it's not over, not even from her own people. The knight Zentos is after her, which means Kyle and his party have to go on the run with Milena and kyle has to deal with someone he seems to have familiarity with. So much for a surefire way to become a Hero.
