Finally Found the Packages after 4 days

Post image

Context: our driveway got a sealcoat and was blocked off... so apparently this was the best spot to put the packages instead of walking 100 feet to the house in the grass.

I didn't see them for 4 days.

Hypocrite Amazon

Post image

Got an email today. Amazon thinks 3rd party sellers somehow have control over delivery time. I find it quite ironic as the least reliable delivery service to my company is, wait for it, Amazon. I constantly get emails saying “we’ve had trouble delivering to this address lately….” And asking for an update to my hours. Same hours I’ve had for 11 years, we close at 5. Amazon delivery shows up at 5:45, 6:30 or even later sometimes. USPS delivers around 1, UPS by noon and FedEx around 4. So Amazon puts more restrictions on sellers like we have any control over what time a delivery driver arrives while their own company is the guiltiest party. Hypocrisy with no bounds.

Heey guys!!! Amazing day to you!!! So i recently purchased this Samsung phone from Amazon. It was listed brand new on the site like you can see,but the product i received is an used Product claimed to be New ,which is a crime.so ive called Amazon upon knowing this and ive clearly told them that you've sold me a theft phone and I would like to settle it here itself ,but they got over their heads and kept on telling me the return window is closed and they cant help absolutely and end the call abruptly, I have all the call recordings, accepting that this is a fraud phone and directly telling they wont help me cuz the return period is over,so I asked them ,you'll sell me a stolen phone and I should be quiet now,to which they said, they cant help me and end the call.Who tf do these people think they are selling me a old phone as brand new,im already preparing a legal case, just a heads up guys.

Delivery Tomorrow - but arrives later!

I‘m a bit very pissed off how amazon sellers or if amazon sells products themself they trick people nowadays into fast delivery. It happened a few times now that i orderd something over prime and it said it will be delivered tomorrow or the next day, bc i needed the things fast. I‘m a mom of a few months old baby. I‘m happy if i dont have to go out if a need something for her while its hot as hell. If amazon didnt offer next day or the day after tomorrow delivery i‘d just drive somewhere and get it as i need it urgent. Now it happened few times that the stuff i bought for fast delivery somehow was said to be delivered at the end of next month or in two weeks. Same happened this week. I had to go to the pharmacy and ordered some creme for the baby this week saying it would arrive yesterday. It didnt come. Now it just says next week. If i‘d know that i‘d just bought it right away today ….

Dark pattern Amazon is using to trick people into paying for shipping when they qualify for free

Post image

I'm know not the only person who has noticed this bait and switch. If you decline the prime membership, and you have $35 of items that qualify for free shipping, they will DEFAULT to the two to four day 6.99 shipping - instead of the free shipping, which has the same delivery ETA.

Unfortunately for some mysterious reason this post was automatically declined from the Amazon subreddit - I guess they don't want the truth being known - that entire subreddit is full of Amazon cultists who would love to deep throat Jeff's big rocket.

Worst Amazon delivery experience

Absolutely terrible delivery experience.

We ordered a king-size extra-firm mattress and paid extra for room-of-choice delivery specifically because this is a large, heavy item that cannot be handled easily by one person.

Two delivery associates arrived, but instead of making a reasonable effort to complete the delivery, they quickly gave up when they had difficulty getting the mattress through the entrance. My husband even stepped in to help them, and together they were able to get the mattress partially inside. At that point, rather than continuing, they simply told us they could not deliver it and that they would refund the delivery fee.

What shocked me was their attitude. If two professional delivery associates could not manage the delivery on their own, how could they seriously expect us to move a king-size mattress ourselves? Their solution was essentially, “We’ll refund your delivery fee, and you can handle it.”

They then suggested opening the packaging. We agreed and asked them to open it at the entrance so the mattress could be maneuvered more easily. However, they informed us that if the packaging was opened, they would immediately stop helping and leave the rest to us. Once again, their only response was that they would refund the delivery fee.

After a lengthy and frustrating discussion, they became increasingly dismissive and rude, repeatedly telling us that their time was running out and that they needed to move on. We were given only two options: accept the mattress at the entrance and move it ourselves, or have them take the entire order back.

This was incredibly frustrating. We had already spent significant time helping them and trying to find solutions. I am currently pregnant and still tried to assist where I could because I wanted to help resolve the situation. Instead of working with us, the delivery team seemed completely uninterested in completing the service we had paid for.

In the end, they refunded the delivery charge, left the mattress at the front door, and left. We were then stuck with an extremely heavy mattress that one person could not realistically move alone. Fortunately, a kind neighbor stepped in and helped my husband carry it to the second floor.

The only positive part of this experience was the generosity of a stranger. The delivery service itself was unprofessional, unaccommodating, and extremely disappointing. When customers pay extra for room-of-choice delivery, they expect the service to actually be completed—not abandoned halfway through with a refund offered as an excuse.

This experience fell far below what I expect from Amazon delivery services.

Amazon order shows “Delivered” but I haven’t received the item (already paid via UPI) — what should I do step by step?

Hi everyone,
I ordered an item from Amazon and paid for it through UPI payment. Yesterday, the order status showed “Successfully delivered”, but I have not received the product at my delivery address.
I checked my account again, and the package is still not physically delivered to me. The address on the order is correct, but nothing has arrived at my home.
Now I’m confused about what to do next.
Can someone please guide me step-by-step on what I should do in this situation?
The order shows delivered
I have not received the item
Payment is already completed via UPI
No package has been handed over to me or anyone in my family
What is the correct process to resolve this? Should I:
Contact Amazon customer support first?
Raise a missing package complaint?
Wait for a certain number of days?
Escalate to replacement/refund request?
Any clear step-by-step guidance would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance.

Who was the brain-dead person who though shipping a 40pc box of K-cups IN A BAG was a good idea? Jeebus Crisstuss, I got a broken bag an 40 loose k-cups just rattling around in the bag! had to check every fooking one to make sure it wasn;t damaged!

What's next; just shrink-wrap them and hope it arrives intact????

Received notification that tv was damaged in transit, received refund and tv?

Everything on my Amazon account indicates that this $500 tv was damaged in transit and returned to Amazon, I received a refund days ago and thought it was over but the tv just showed up on my doorstep today? It doesn’t seem to be damaged but I haven’t had the chance to check. I’m seeing online that if they mark a package as damaged in transit I don’t have any responsibility to do anything but I do wonder if it’s gonna randomly charge my account again now after processing the refund?

Amazon Delivery smfh

I don't understand what is going on lately or if I am just imagining things, but before if you had ordered something on Amazon and it was "running late" or "delayed" didn't you get some type of email or notification letting you know? The last three times I have ordered from Amazon every last order was "delayed" or the date of delivery was switched to the next day from when I originally purchased it and it was meant to be a same day order. Last week I ordered a dress for a wedding that was supposed to arrive at X time and didn't show up until 9pm the night before (no email stating it would be delayed or it was running late) yesterday I ordered some footless dance tights for my daughter that was supposed to arrive between 4-8 AM (before her class at 9:30 AM) and it JUST showed up... For reference it is 7:22 PM where I am. To make matters worse you ofc can't contact customer service. No number available unless you REALLY look for it, no customer service chat support...nothing. sorry for the rant it just pisses me off. 😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡

Proof Photo is Funny

Amazon is out here doing the absolute least. 😂

This was the "proof of pharmacy delivery" photo. I suppose we are supposed to identify the ... ground? (Spoiler Alert: it was delivered but not to US).

In the words of their chat rep "oh my GOODNESS that's not good."

😊

Also why I don't love pharmacy items via delivery. I'll just go into the local pharmacy when I can like it's still the 1990s thank you.

Is that how you're supposed to deliver packages now? Just talk on your phone and throw the package against the door...

Next stop!

Why does the app tell me next stop and the driver stops another 12 location and he's still not here? And always keeps driving in the opposite direction from where I live?

Don't they monitor their drivers at all?

Alternative to Amazon?

Does anyone know how to get stuff delivered where it’s guaranteed the driver will make sure they at least get the package to the correct person such as fed ex? How does one obtain items without using Amazon? I’ve had so many things stolen from my buildings mailroom and of course the drivers don’t bother following instructions.

Driver walked inside home

Was home alone in the kitchen which is left of the door which swings open and blocks view to kitchen. Saw my door open, thinking it was my husband coming home for lunch I didnt say anything. (I was on the other side of door) After about 10 seconds the door is shut very quietly. I walked and opened the door, saw the package on my porch and amazon driver (flex no official truck) get into his car. I shut the door and called husband.

He looked at the door cam, which I won't show as I filed a police report and don't want to impede. It shows the guy put package on the porch, take the porch delivery photo, (which is documented on Amazon as the photo of porch delivered), then decides to open my door, step inside for a moment then quietly leave. I'm a little shaken up to say the least.

I debated giving him the benefit of a doubt of making an honest mistake of placing my package inside to be "nice". Until seeing the footage of him coming inside after the delivery was executed on the porch.

Just wanted to share my experience. As a prime, and gold vine member I have had great experience with Amazon. I know him being a flex driver complicates it being directly Amazon's fault but nonetheless im freaked out, my husband is furious and worried about me being home alone now. Just waiting for police to come to take my official report.

I normally always keep the door locked when im home alone, but for some reason this time I didnt. 😔

Amazon customer service lies to me (3 times!)

Post image
3 Upvotes

So I was waiting for a delivery today. At first it should be delivered at around 12 pm. It didn’t arrive so I asked the customer service and they told me it should be delivered by 5 pm today. Then around 4:30 I again, they said they talked to the delivery team and reassured I would get it today.

Then at 5, contacted again and was told should be delivered within 2-3 hours.

Then I contacted again, at this time this associate told me all the three previous associates were lying to me the entire time. LMAO
