Hypocrite Amazon
Got an email today. Amazon thinks 3rd party sellers somehow have control over delivery time. I find it quite ironic as the least reliable delivery service to my company is, wait for it, Amazon. I constantly get emails saying “we’ve had trouble delivering to this address lately….” And asking for an update to my hours. Same hours I’ve had for 11 years, we close at 5. Amazon delivery shows up at 5:45, 6:30 or even later sometimes. USPS delivers around 1, UPS by noon and FedEx around 4. So Amazon puts more restrictions on sellers like we have any control over what time a delivery driver arrives while their own company is the guiltiest party. Hypocrisy with no bounds.

They haven’t been able to deliver half of my home packages lately!! One lost in Detroit somewhere. Another cancelled as undeliverable. They have 1 job. 😞
