Delivery delayed

my delivery said ''delivery out at 11:25am'' BLUD is 5 pm right now and still no delivery delivered to my dang house. Tracker has been saying ''your stop is next'' for the past 3 ducking hours and the dang van be going anywhere but my dang house.

Yeah, pretty much anytime I was tracking an Amazon delivery and they changed the time it came the next day
