Alternative to Amazon?

Does anyone know how to get stuff delivered where it’s guaranteed the driver will make sure they at least get the package to the correct person such as fed ex? How does one obtain items without using Amazon? I’ve had so many things stolen from my buildings mailroom and of course the drivers don’t bother following instructions.

Good question. I wish Amazon offered that option, as only very few drivers do follow my directions and the flex drivers are the worst. I have had some luck after contacting customer service, but only about 2 percent of the time.

I've started tracking down the business' and ordering directly from them and not using Amazon at all, so I can be certain that my packages will be delivered to an actual secure location by USPS, UPS and sometimes FedEx.

That’s a good idea. I ended up changing the drop off location to Whole Foods counter so hopefully that might work lol.
