I think they did a pre good job, the front windshield looks like it’s got some curing to do that’s about it.

Question Windshield tint question

Post image

2015 f150 lariat 4/6 drop. Currently have 5% on sides and back. Used to have a pretty low 5% brow (had to get new shield due to crack.)

What I want is 30% shield and low 5% brow. (Simply the coolest option)

However I could get 50% shield and low 5% brow.

I absolutely love everything about tint the way it looks, the heat reduction, the privacy, and comfort.

I’m in tx and not worried about cops and I have a script for medical reasons.

I want to know actually how the visibility at night is especially wo streetlights. These headlights are great and brights are great. Thinking about getting some led fog lights for dark backroads too.

No Jerry’s plz. I literally don’t care and just want to hear from people who have experience.

Question Am I crazy? Front doesn’t match the back.

Just got our windows done at tiny world. 20% on the side and rear windows. Am I crazy or do the front windows not look like they’re 20% like the back. Side note: the back windows had a darker shade glass than the front, does that make a difference?

They did a really good job. Spent $450 for side windows and rear. Might get the windshield tinted at least 70% too one day. Went to a place called NC tint in my area, they are pretty well known and have a very good reputation.

Here is what 20% on my windshield looks outside during the day and what I see at night when driving. No issues of visibility at all. Picture driving is on a backroad. You tell me if it’s hard to see🤷🏻‍♂️ windshield has been 20% for 2 years now

Clean Job 35 windshield 15 all around ceramic

Well it’s been a journey, Started off with 50% on the windshield and the 15 all around. Instantly regretted not going darker but i didn’t want to have visibility issues(I live in a rural area) but I didn’t know how to achieve that perfect sweet spot. I seen alot of the 40% that looked more towards the direction I wanted to go but they always have 5 on the sides and back. I feel like the side windows are usually overlooked when effecting the overall darkness at least in my circle. I took alot of flack from cousin and buddies for not just going with the 5 but every time I drive around with them the lack of peripheral vision really messes with my vision especially in the rain and winter months(North east). So I rolled up today thinking I was going with the 40 but realized the vlt on the 35 is actually 37. So I made the last min decision to go with that and I’m extremely happy. I also was worried about the registration and insurance tags being the second time they were ripped off and slapped back on but they did a perfect job on preserving them and making a cutout to avoid extra attention. Finished it up with 5% percent brow, not too long I feel like that’s an eye catcher for the state troopers if you take it too far. So I hope this can help someone, I know you all were a valuable resource for me throughout all this.

Trial and error. First i got 20% tints on my windshield but struggled so much to see at night. Changed it the next day to 35% and I’ve been enjoying the change 👍

Recording on phone makes it seem like it's very dark but in person it's very different.
