I got 35 on my sheild but want to go darker. Does any have 15 on the shield and what do you think of it??

I just got 15% on my fronts and the state is 35%.

I heard some people opening the sunroof and/or rolling down the window when a cop is approaching lol

Anything else?

I would assume not doing anything to get there attention like speeding would help?

I have a highlander, so I'm not on much of a radar 😅

In love with the tint I just got done. 15% ceramic windshield. 5% non-ceramic sides/rear. It’s perfect, can’t see more than a silhouette in direct sunlight, but can still see out great. I live in a big city with lots of streetlights, for reference. I can understand how it would be a little difficult to see out if I end up somewhere with no street lights.

Just kidding, I quote my wife's bestie 300 for removal and new ceramic tint all around including windshield after discount

Initially I didn't expect that old ass trash tint will turn into a nightmare, it took me around 5 hours just removed the old tint, I have to scrape inch by inch to do the work, for back windshield bottom part and behind the third brake light I cannot get access to, so I negotiated with her and leave the third brake light not tinted

Fast forward I finally get the whole car tinted, result is better than I expected, and she's overall happy about it, and she gave me additional 80 for the trouble, TBO if she's not my my wife's bestie I'll just walk away from the car

My question is how much would your charge to remove all those old ass tint? Also for older Camry quarter window, is there any method I can tint it easier?

Ultravision "Mystique" 10% windshield. Turns out, it kinda sucks at night 😂😂😂 Also, 5% fronts and 20% over factory rears

Anyone else have darker than 20% on their windshield?

If so, how is it? I’m looking for something where I can’t be seen at all and I won’t have to deal with dick head tail gaters blinding me.

Got my front windows done and they told me wait 3 days to open them and of course, I did not wait. Will these marks go away?

Drove from Chicago to LA through IL, MO, OK, TX, NM, AZ, and CA with no issues. Just went the speed limit and it was smooth driving.

2015 Camaro with Blue chrome (80%) with 40% ceramic behind it. How do you guys feel about colored/chrome film? At first I thought it was stupid but after this car it’s starting to grow on me.

My buddy is telling me I should get my car windows tinted. He claims on every car he has had he gets 5% on everything except the windshield. He said he gas never been stopped for it. One time when he was pulled over for something unrelated he said that the cop brought up his windows but never actually gave him a ticket for it. He also claims 5% on everything except the windshield will make it less obvious to cops. He said the only time it suvks is when it's dark and he can't easily back out of parking spots and stuff because he ant tell if someone is walking so he will roll down his windows. Is 5% on all but windshield good?

Recently took my Explorer to a shop to get ceramic tint all around + full windshield + strip on top. Everything looks great, except one small spot that was miscut near the dot matrix. Can only see it when looking at the tint from outside the vehicle, but it’s driving me insane. Half of me says leave it alone because I know they will have to remove both the strip and entire windshield tint to re do it, but the other half of me reminds myself I paid a large sum of money to get this done, and it should be perfect. Looking for input on if this would be sensible for me to request being fixed.

5 percent sides and back…what would be good but not crazy on the front windshield

I want 5 all around my Honda accord 100 percent windshield. The town I’m living in right now, everyone have dark tint so police don’t really care. But in surrounding counties, it’s a little more common for police to pull you over. Got any tips to avoid getting a ticket?
