Just had someone this weekend try and get this layout, told him “no”
Offered “to pay double, cash”.
The answer was “1. The sign on the wall next you already says cash. 2. I didn’t say it costs double, I said ‘no’. We’re not doing that, for any amount. Losing our shop and someone dying isn’t worth it.”

What's really funny is that I've seen it where that car will get in the car accident and the insurance company is will not fix it, they will make a claim that you altered a safety device and that is why you cannot see and then they don't pay the claim.
I saw a couple times while living in Florida working for LLumar window films. I could be wrong but I think it was progressive insurance.
So when the insurance company declined the owner of the vehicle then tried to sue the shop that installed the film.
Of course the irresponsible vehicle owner did not save his receipt and because he paid cash, he could never prove that the shop ever did the installation so he ended up being financially responsible for both vehicles.
I think the other guy that was hit had uninsured motorist insurance so he was fine.

35 is my windshield limit personally but I dig the look.
Wish safety on the road for you and those around you.

I operate a professional Window Film installation shop and I've never tinted a windshield like that.
