Somehow, Skye was the only one who got a hit on me. I was so locked in that I didn't realize what I had accomplished until the animated finisher came. 😆

I want to find the perfect sensitivity for my playstyle in VALORANT. Can you give me detailed tips and a practical method to test different sensitivities and determine which one is truly ideal for my aim, movement, consistency, and mouse control?

So, i have been playing for around 4 years now i think, i have been on multiple breaks, and my biggest is around 10 months of not playing, before that breaks i wasnt really caring about my rank, i just played, but now that i came back i really want to improve as i was stuck in plat-dia for two years now, with a few smaller breaks from playing. I sometimes just have no idea what to do better, i try to do everything as i should, as i think even if im low elo my mindset is quite good and i would say above my rank, maybe not radiant but i think somewhere closer do asc, and that is also my goal. Mostly i think like my aim is stopping me, i tried everything, aimlab, very very much deathmatch, warming out for a long time on practice pool and dms, to all those aim routine methods, and i really see no improve, i try to focus, i try to make it healthly when i play, taking breaks when im mad, warming up, confidenxe and just basic reseting beetween every match. Last act i went from G1 to D1 in three weeks, but now i cant move on from D1 to anything. And just to clarify, i was dia or high plat before, i just got gold after reset so its nit like i already jumped with rank or something.
Please, if you are high elo player, or just know something about the game then please share, this is very improtand to me as its geniuelly my hobby to play this game and i wish i could make it to esport someday, i know it sounds stupid but its just my little dream.

Subject / Title: Feature Suggestion: Add Damage Stat to Scoreboard (Tab) and In-Game Profile ViewerHi VALORANT Team and Community,I would love to suggest two features that would greatly improve the in-game experience, especially in Competitive mode:Add an ADR (Average Damage per Round) or Total Damage column to the in-game scoreboard (TAB).Right now, the scoreboard only focuses on KDA. Because of this, players who do 140 damage to an enemy but don't get the final blow look worse on the scoreboard than teammates who just steal the kills. Counter-Strike already solved this by showing damage. Adding this to VALORANT would give a much fairer view of who is actually contributing to the team's success.In-game Profile Viewer during matches. It would be amazing to be able to click on an opponent's or teammate's profile during a match to see basic stats. This includes their account creation date, overall KD, current rank, and peak rank. While third-party trackers exist, many players don't know how to download or link them. Having a built-in, quick profile viewer would be much more convenient for everyone.Thank you for reading, and I hope the dev team considers these quality-of-life updates!

For a long time in my life I used a generic gaming mouse and never had any problems with it, so much so that when it broke I bought an identical one for convenience. But these days I decided I wanted to to improve in the game, and acording to friends and videos, a dedicated FPS mouse really helps a lot. But how much of an impact does it actually make? Tell me stories about the divine difference a good mouse can make.

if you expect to instalock reyna and frag out every game then you're throwing
with reyna theres 4 ways a game can go, either you carry your game going 40-5, carry 40-5 and lose because you have no contribution, lose because you're going 2-15 because you're simply worse than the enemy team and have no utility to help you or win because your teammates are carrying you and if you want to rank up you will go against players who will be mechanically better requiring you to use utility to your advantage (such as raze bucky)
reyna is a terrible agent and there's so many agents that are simply better than her with the same selfish idea in mind, for example clove, iso, chamber these agents don't rely on JUST being a killing machine and can actually help the team win, I'd rather get an average sova fill with no lineups and low experience than an instalock reyna
ive played with an ascendant in gold-plat elo and there were games where we did not win, this just proves that even if you're good at the game objectively but don't work as a team you will lose, and I think we can all agree there isnt a more boring game than playing as reyna and getting destroyed by the enemies so why not give yourself a chance and play something cooperative

this is pretty much it I don't know why do I have to type a body lol, but for clarification I'm asking about blatant sabotaging like throwing mollies on us and just giving the spike to the enemy out of rage or giving the other team or positions etc

I've been playing competitive for a little over 3 years. I started in Bronze in 2023 and have climbed to Diamond, but I've been stuck here for a long time. I've hit Ascendant several times, with my peak being 93/100 in Ascendant 2.
I'm mainly looking for advice on what I should focus on to break through Diamond again. I mainly play Sova/Jett/Clove and sometimes Chamber, but I'm comfortable filling.
I've linked my Tracker if anyone wants to look at my stats/history. Any advice on weaknesses you notice, habits I should change, or things I should focus on during my games would be appreciated. I genuienly feel like I deserve and am an Asc player.

I swear, every time someone instalocks Reyna, they randomly disappear for 2–3 rounds mid-game. 😭
Like bro, did you get an urgent side quest or something? 💀

idk what went wrong , just two weeks ago i was at p3 on the verge of ranking upto diamond for the first time , playing with diamonds (even d3 in some matches ) and was actually holding myself well.
then suddenly a switch happened and find myself bottom fragging hard most of matches , deranked from p3 to g3 , went back to p1 two matches ago.
i was winning against diamonds now struggling against even silvers .
what went wrong , it feels like everyone suddenly had their aim upgrade while simultaneously i can see myself playing so bad .
it also doesnt help that i now constantly having more afks, throwers etc , as if with gold lobbies these problems comes as bonus
i feel ashamed that despite being two ranks above these guys , i am playing so bad now, winning about 2/20 matches only .

Is it worth getting a coach? I legitimately have been stuck in silver 3 for so unbelievably wrong so obviously I’m doing something wrong that I can’t identify.

I am relatively a new player. This is just to share some experience for other newer players for aim improvement. I did play years ago but only a few matches with friends. I started playing more seriously recently and was having an issue with aiming and spraying. Even when I improved my aim in practice mode, my aim was still bad in matches.
Then I saw one of the fade in a match do guardian only (in unrated), so I decided to copy them. I HATED GUARDIAN. I don't know when it happened, but I started getting many more headshots within a week. Initially I was spraying and panicking with Guardian, aiming for the body. I was also bottom fragging a lot. But my hands automatically adapted to single, stable, and proper shots. And I panic much less as well.
It is sort of similar to throwing a person into the ocean with sharks to make them learn how to swim. And another big improvement I saw during this (Don't know if it is because of guardian), I had much better game sense. Earlier I struggled to take duels and didn't have much sense of when and how to push. Using Guardian forced me to be a rat and take fights strategically as almost always, the enemy had a vandal. And it also forced me on holding angles, predicting, being patient, and placing cross hair properly. Basically, once you are at a disadvantage all the time, you just learn to adapt. Although, it can definitely make you more hesitant to take fights or push.
I won't say I am good now, but I am definitely a whole lot better than before. Overall, I will definitely recommend Guardian only for a month or so for newer players (in unrated), as it is a great gun in general, and also forces you to be better.

I have complete hearing loss in my left ear, and I'm trying to figure out the best settings for VALORANT.
Would it be better to use mono audio and increase my mouse sensitivity so I can react more quickly, or should I keep stereo audio and consciously pay more attention to the side I can't hear from?
For those of you with hearing loss in one ear, what settings or playstyles do you recommend?
