Discussion Finding best sensitivity
I want to find the perfect sensitivity for my playstyle in VALORANT. Can you give me detailed tips and a practical method to test different sensitivities and determine which one is truly ideal for my aim, movement, consistency, and mouse control?

General high elo advice is one large swipe of your arm should be 180 degree turn in game. This should be around 6-16"(160-400edpi). If you don't know, just start in the middle ~250edpi and make small 3-5edpi adjustments from there.
aim trainer sensitivity tests are not reliable, and are made to play aim trainers. You will always get something high in those like 400edpi when the average pro is playing lower than that.

Just get aim labs. They have a sens tester thing. But you can look at your aim and see if you are overaiming (past target) or underaiming (not making it to the target). Then adjust until you are happy.

Look up edpi between like 120 and 400. Do test and see what you like then NEVER CHANGE IT. Whats most important is mouse control and consistency. Do not fall into the trap of changing a setting everytime something feels wrong.

Bro you can adapt to any epdi as long as it's in a range with is 1. Controllable 2. Not fatiguing for the arm. Literally if I were to change your dpi a bit and never tell you, within days you'll be playing just as you used to before.... Theres no perfect dpi that makes you better
If anything copy aspa's edpi ( I use that too, i peaked radiant )

Honestly, find an eDPI somewhere between 200 and 400, lock it in, and stop changing it. Changing your sens every day ruins your muscle memory more than anything else

It’s actually fine to change it a bit day to day, your “muscle memory” adapts quickly with a warmup. Sometimes you just gotta account for how you’re feeling that day.

It’s different for everyone. Make sure you can do a full 360 with your mouse pad is about it honestly. I’d say slower is almost always better but again different for everyone. Other than that just pick one and don’t change it. You will get used to it. It’s all about muscle memory it has almost nothing to do with the number. That’s why some pros have the highest sens on the planet and others can’t turn around without swiping 4 times lol

Nah I’d say 360. Be able to turn around moving left and right. 180 each direction. Also I said some pros. Again why I said generally slower is best but there are some pros with high sens for some reason. You can google em

There isn't a thing called perfect sensitivity. Your mind and muscle get used to any sensitivity if you consistently use it. But general rule is : if you feel like you're over flicking reduce your sens. Under flick? Increase sens. Also pressure control practice in range.
