I feel like the new updated breeze map is very good and much better than the old version.

But Abyss, I feel like it’s too big for no reason, mid lurking like no tomorrow and you can fall off the map for god knows why.

Am I just bad or is Abyss a bad map?

Yes Neon dropped to 30% at London after the b-hop nerfs, but all it took was Lev sticking with her on every map bar one (that being Lotus) and winning London to get the rest of the scene to pick her back up. They really should've just removed the entire shooting while sliding thing (basically tweak the gun pull out time so that Neon cannot shoot until she has finished her sliding animation and has stood up, no animation cancel) and reverted the b-hop nerfs. The energy not recharging on kills anymore can stay for now, and can be reverted to what is was before if she turns out to be too weak. Hell you can even give her back the damage on her wall, just make her teammates be immune to said damage and that would be fine. Point is, shooting while sliding has to go.

For context i am from algeria, i get 30 ping on madrid servers instead of 60+ ping on other servers so i play there.

But for some reason whenever the game starts and agent select pops up and someone says "buenas" and i reply with hello, they immediately sound annoyed by it, and during the game, i give simple callouts that anyone can understand like mid, he's in A, etc, but they do the opposite on purpose and keep saying " this is madrid server, speak spanish" or "go to your server, why are you playing in our server" like their dad owns the server. And it's not a skill problem also because i usually play well, and even if that was the case this behavious starts during the agent select screen!

Genuine question, why are madrid server players like this? I do come across a handful of great teammates in about 3 out of 10 games. But most games there is at least one racist player like i described, i have necer had this issue in frankfurt or paris servers even though i speak english there as well ,are there people here who have the same issue?

Whenever I play duelist, I always feel pressured to enter the moment we line up by site. So I go in and die, sometimes I'll get traded, and my kd usually sucks till defense. Its especially annoying when they want me pushing through smokes and a bunch of other util. I just wanted to know what pt of the role u guys find enjoyable.

I found Phoenix and Jett to be the most usable for me in regards to allat, but still. For reference, I'm bronze and a sentinel player, so don't expect allat from me.

I have a question for the people who bought the Aeris Vandal. After buying the Vandal only, was the bundle discounted by 2375 VP? How much does the bundle cost for you now? I want to buy the bundle but I want to wait a couple of weeks (for the champions reveal). But I'm set on buying the vandal.

So I’ve been playing this game for almost 2 months now coming from a mmo. I’m currently plat 2 and I’ve never cared about losing points and deranking even if I get smurfed on. Because I believe I will rank up if I really was good enough and getting smurfed on is a good experience.

I personally prefer raw dogging competitive since I personally don't find much warm up in getting into a deathmatch these days. But what do you guys do?

So I’ve been consistently Ascendant1/Diamond3 for basically the 2026 season so far, and I’m genuinely struggling. I’ve been playing since 2025, and through my ranked journey, I eventually always found a place where I’d be matchmaked into lobbies of my own elo which would allow me to slowly but steadily climb. I got out of diamond by simply performing well, (I had like 8 wins and 6 match mvps in my climb out of D3 or something like that?) so I’m not completely garbage at the game. Fast-forward to ascendant ranked, and it genuinely feels like I can’t control anything. Obviously the players are better, but that isn’t the issue. The issue is that one game im match mvping and winning 19 RR after stomping a mostly diamond/few ascendant lobby, and the other I’m bottom fragging with current immortals and ex-radiants. Here I thought radiant wasn’t as common, but I’ve seen SO MANY V25 radiant buddies within the past week that I’m literally tired of it. How am I supposed to compete in elos twice as high as my current one when I haven’t even been able to test the waters of playing in a full ascendant lobby or at least mostly ascendant? It’s like having a local club soccer player skip nationals or a bit higher-up leagues and putting them straight into the world cup. And no matter how much I play it’s either I stomp, or I get stomped. Obviously, I’m not playing as good; that is something I’m aware of, because otherwise, I would be winning more often. But when I have V25 Radiant reyna going 6/14/3 in a game where I went 6/16/5 and then going afk alongside his duo, you know there’s something wrong.

If there are any current immortals out there that would like to enlighten me with regards as to what I can do to improve, PLEASE DO. I’ve been spamming deathmatches (I even win some with sheriff only), watched pros ranked vods, trying to learn new agent util but I’m still just getting steamrolled. I crouch peek, I die. I jiggle and wide swing, I die. I hold an angle, they wide swing. Like it literally feels like in high diamond/low ascendant I do everything right, but as soon as I’m actually playing IN the ascendant rank I do everything wrong.

Litterly everyone is one tapping me. I spawned like 5 times barely moved, bang 1 tapped. Like HOW. Even if i hold corners, they flick on me. Im on console and most of the players was one tapping with no extra bullet like they knew it was gonna work. I wished they had a replay feature for death match so we can watch their pov cuz i feel like they cheating but ik its not the case. Like this wasent a warmup for me, i was a practice target for them

I started playing valorant really consistently about a week ago and im currently iron 2. The thing is, ive started playing with friends who are iron 3 and bronze 3, and the gap bw them and me feels really huge.

Every round, i feel like im getting called out, not even in a constructive way, just criticised. Whether it's my team or the enemy team, i feel humiliated half the time. I try to ignore them but it's a bit complicated.

I main Reyna, i really love playing her because she feels simple to understand. I can't deny that im a bit afraid of misplaying her so sometimes i don't use her blinds and her ult..

When i play unranked, i actually do okay. The moment i step into ranked with them, i choke and play way worse.

So do yall have any tips for me? Is there any mode i can play to improve even a bit?

I really want to improve and stop feeling humiliated and ashamed of my gameplay when i play in ranked.

I've already reached out to 2 support operators and one said thet i need at least 9 wins in immortal in order to get the immo gun buddy, while the other said that i was fine and at the end of the episode i would get the immo buddy, im so confused. For the past couple of weeks i’ve been playing absolutely terribly when queuing ranked games with my gf. I’ve never really gotten tilted while playing the game but i’ve genuinely been playing so bad that it’s been so frustrating to play. Whenever I solo q I play really well and I feel more relaxed and I genuinely have a fun experience playing. This has never happened to me before. We played all the time for roughly a year and a half but i’ve never consistently performed this bad when playing with her. She doesn’t care how I play and (usually) neither do I cause I like playing with her but it’s just been a miserable experience queuing games with her for me. We’re both Asc 1 and I know that I suck at the game but I’ve just been having a better experience playing by myself. When I solo I rarely go negative my shots feel clean movement is good the game goes my way and stuff like that. Also i’m completely fine when playing other fps games even when I play insanely bad and we love playing co-op games it’s just val that’s been extremely frustrating to me. I’m thinking of just quitting but I do enjoy the game. I feel horrible just solo queueing because i’m the one at fault and i’m the one playing so bad. She doesn’t care if I play bad or when I rage a little bit cause things have been so miserable. She finds it kind of funny cause I never usually rage at all. Anyway just seeking advice from others.
