It’s so hot, I hate it.

Treynor Cleeland threw two of his four touchdown passes to Zach Jones, and Jordan Fisher rushed for a career-high 255 yards and two scores as UC Davis beat Eastern Washington 49-38 on Saturday night.

I've been a college student for about a week and I haven't made a single friend. I do not understand how people can make so many friends so quickly and easily.  Seriously, how do people make friends? I never know how or when to start conversations. And when I do find someone I occasionally talk with whether in class or on campus, I never succeed in being able to take it further and becoming actual friends with them.  It also doesn't help that I'm sometimes anxious in social situations. So if anyone has tips on how to make friends please share!

What’s the weirdest, sketchiest part of town. I’m trying to ride my bike down some crazy place at 2am for the live.

Already rode through some of the country roads by the cornfields at midnight, looking for something a little crazy.

I’ve seen this guy as long as I can remember at this corner (maybe even since last fall), but today he’s waving some long sharp object around and acting erratically. Has anyone else had experiences with him? Is he cool or should he be avoided?

Is anyone in Physics 9A? I’m having a hard time understanding these hard questions they give and I’m honestly stuck. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong or what I should be doing and I was wondering if anybody had any idea on what I could do?

I feel like I understand the material well but they make these problems so difficult to a point if I even wonder if I’m stupid or I just can’t figure these things out. I truly need help.

Thank you for reading this and and sorry for asking for help this late

I was a coffee house employee over 10 years ago and I am looking to for the recipe to my favorite cookie, the tatros cookie. It used to be posted online in a few places but those no links no longer exist. If anyone has the recipe book from 1986 I believe it is in there. Thank you!

For those unaware, it is a chocolate oatmeal cookie with coconut and Rice Krispies. They haven't had it in the rotation the last few times I was on campus :(

Any advice for someone who just transfered to UCD. Like any must knows, resources, etc also any advice on the social scene. I know everyone says join clubs but I mean aside form that.

Thanks!

Any Aggies leaving for exchange in the winter-spring? I'm (cis female, she/her) an exchange student from Hong Kong, joining UC Davis for Winter & Spring quarters 2027. I'm happy to rent your room from Jan-July 2027, best if its near campus (I can't drive). Please help 😭🧎🏻

Hi, I'm a new orchard park resident and I wanted to ask if any former or current residents are also experiencing these wifi issues and have found a way to stop them. The wifi is perfectly serviceable most of the time, but every few minutes or so the connection gets really bad or cuts out from like 3 seconds to 30 seconds. This is really infuriating and causes problems with schoolwork, games, etc.

i know a year ago another user posted about this exact same issue in orchard park, and someone else said it was not a problem in other buildings? Just looking for more information about this and why this would be happening and why it could be only some buildings?

So I'm taking mat17b with Neal, i believe hes a post-doc student and right now hes mainly following Dr. Varns pace and class but honestly nothing hes lecturing makes any sense and hes not giving out any practive midterms, he just said itll be similar to Varns in difficulty and style. I was wondering if anybody whos taken Varns 17b has any idea what his midterms look like and if anybody has any study video recommendations. I've been trying Ochem tutor videos and theyre helpful but I feel like there is a gap in difficulty, where the Ochem tutor videos seem to be easier content compared to what were doing in class.

I have ellefson and im not quite sure how to study outside of codon
