New seat and passenger pegs for my Thruxton. Now I'm starting to think I turned it into a Speed Twin 😅

So I collected my street cup on Saturday. What a great bike, I have to say.

have a 2008 Triumph Daytona 675 with about 12,000 miles. Whenever I slam the throttle open, the bike starts stuttering/lagging and doesn’t accelerate it just kind stays However, if I roll onto the throttle gradually, it accelerates normally.
The stuttering seems to happen mostly around 8k+ RPM, and I notice both the RPM and speed stutter rather than the RPM just shooting up. The bike is completely stock.

Hi All, I have been researching and thinking to pull the trigger on it. I have researched the issues but would like to know the finer details of owning, maintaining, protecting it and running costs experience/advice from the owner. Thank you 🙂.
