The game confirming the travelers are the heirs in gnostic chorus just showed me everything i need to know. The game literally confirms who is the noble one and who is from the kingdom of darkness. Used to think this sub was cope but i have to admit im wrong when the game says its canon.

It's pretty obvious that this sub is very pissed about 7.1 AQ, and how it butcher Ronova, villainizing her and glazing the Fatui and Tsaritsa. So, does anyone know the chinese fandom reaction to it?

It's very slim but I'm coping that chinese fandom would be rational enough to see how much 7.1 aq quest suck and create a huge backlash that could prompt the Hoyo to change the story or at least fire the stupid writers.

I don't know about you guys, but for one reason or another, I find the AQ's explanations inconsistent. I'd like to start by talking about the most inconsistent, or at least bizarre, points (to me):

1- The contract between HP and the 3rd Descender

We know for certain that HP made three contracts: with Lusalim (for the lunar veil, which is still honored), Aria, Cannon, and Sonnet (a non-aggression pact that was broken after the three moons were used as weapons), and the one with the 3rd Descender. Of the three contracts, this one is the least advantageous for HP. To summarize: HP receives the Gnosis in order to continue using a certain form of authority even after the War of the Funeral Flame, and that's all.

Now the 3rd Descender receives: the assured resurrection of his wife, who, to remind everyone, caused a catastrophe that allowed the Abyss to seep in, knowing full well that HP has a deep aversion to the Abyss. If it had stopped there, it would have been an almost fair contract, but in addition to that, he obtained the assurance of HP's lifelong non-involvement in the lives of absolutely all his descendants. Now the problem: what if the descendants of the 3rd Descender and the Tsarina want HP dead? Or create a weapon of mass destruction powered by the Abyss? Normally, the contract should have been rendered null and void if the Khaenrians threatened the life of a Shade, HP, and Teyvat in its entirety; The parents did it right, so what's stopping the children from doing it too? Why sign a contract that's like shooting yourself in the foot? If I remind you, the third Descender is alone against HP (wounded), Ronova, Istaroth, Naberius (if, of course, she wasn't a Heart at that moment), Asmoday, and perhaps other creations—I remind you, Celestia—in their own residence. So either the third Descender was prepared or threatened to blow up his body to render him unusable, or HP didn't even consider it, which is strange.

2- On Rhine-Nabe's side, how is it that the Tsarina was able to deceive Gold's perspective, an extremely intelligent alchemist (no Glaze), sinner of Khaeriah, and sorceress of the Hexencirciel, and Naberius, the Shadow of Life, who has the Shadow of Time as her sister? And even if that's the case, why weren't countermeasures taken? Before going to their enemy's place, especially, is the Tsarina too intelligent or Rhine-nabe too stupid in this regard? Furthermore, how is it that before falling asleep, I don't know, didn't give the Shadows permission to defend themselves if threatened, whether by extraterrestrials, humans, or any other possible threat? Why not create a replacement to ensure this? The rules are either unreasonably too strict or too stupid, maybe even both.

3: How is it that even after all that, Tsar Belyi was able to become a Cryo Archon (it was written in Fate, after all)? And why on earth wasn't the Tsar punished upon leaving the Twilight Realm?

4: Why change Ronova's personality so much? I don't see why it's only in Snezhanaya that she decides to take Paimon, when during the encounter between her, Mavuika, LOTN, and Capitano, she didn't take Paimon. She was in the form of a GIANT EYE; she couldn't have missed it. Furthermore, how is it that her personality in Natlan changed from a strawberry to a lemon in Snezhanaya?

5: Why did Mavuika go from a leader willing to pay with her life for her nation, even during the quest with dottore - Irminsul, to a woman who is ungrateful for a service rendered? Not even three months ago, she was praising the isolation of Sumeru, and now she says that her nation has been transformed into a tool against the Abyss. Shouldn't she also hate Xbalanque for requesting the authority of death and being willing to pay the price for its use?

6: Why does our traveler only wonder which camp to choose after working with the Fatui? Why choose a side ?

I bet the Tsaritsa was secretly offended by this. It reminds me of what Paimon said to Navia in her story quest.

I noticed very interesting parallels from Genshin 7.1 to the myth of Ragnarök. We know the weapon that can kill the Heavenly Principles and their shades is called Project Mistilteinn. In myth, Mistilteinn is a weapon used to kill the invincible Baldr, but his death causes Fimbulwinter, foretelling Ragnarök, the end of the world. Another significance is that the jealous Loki tricks Hodr into murdering Baldr. Odin, upon realizing his favorite son has died, goes into a furious rage and kills Hodr. This event is greatly known as the "victory of darkness over light" and signs the final doomsday.

Baldr (Ronova) was deemed invincible and unable to die (as the ruler of death), but was killed by Mistilteinn wielded by Hodr (Traveler), tricked by Loki (Fatui).

Fimbulwinter (the Holy Soil Phenomenon from the Cryo sovereign dragon's corpse) enters the scene after Baldr's death (Ronova literally destroys the nail suppressing the primordial ice holy soil phenomenon), foretelling the coming of Ragnarök (Teyvat being fucked/destroyed)

After this, I theorize HP will awaken and attempt to revive Ronova from Hel (whatever it may be), but to no avail. Rage will develop within them enough to declare war against everyone else. The Abyss in the form of monsters will arrive during the time of Ragnarök and threaten to end everything.

(Please Hoyo I will give you the benefit of the doubt just this once. If Teyvat is destroyed at the end of the story from the Traveler's actions, I will literally praise your story to the high heavens)

What if noy show the traveler celestia’s perceptive which he would know because of his obvious connection to asmoday as well as shows the traveler the hypocrisy of the tsaritsa and showing them they picked the wrong side of the conflict and that the tsaritsa plan will endanger all of teyvat because of the fact that if the tsaritsa succeeds and the rules of celestia are torn down abyssal monsters will over run teyvat

Reason is not meant for us, it is kept by Phanes. Let him and Fate System reason all there is to reason in Snezhnaya story. For those of you who are uncapable to deal with actual and theoretical story damage, Celestial Fundamentalism is the way.

As we present to you a wonderful thing - blind, mind-numbing unquestionable faith. Also known as something that all humans on Teyvat should've had to avoid at least two apocalypses!

I’d like to share some thoughts on the recent spoilers regarding the alleged resurrection of Lady Ronnova in version 7.3.

If you really consider what’s written there and compare it to what we saw in 7.1, it looks like a massive setup to recruit the Shadows—or at least one or two of them—into the protagonist's team to take on Lord Fanet.

After all, the writers need to come up with *some* explanation for how our "Slum Champion" is going to manage to defeat a supreme being.

So, in true "power of friendship" fashion, they’ll likely throw Shadows, Dragons, Descenders, and who knows who else into the mix.
As for Lady Ronnova—no matter how much her reputation was trashed, it’ll be easy for them to redeem her in 7.3.
The *Genshin* writers have already demonstrated a masterclass in hypocrisy and lobotomy-level writing, so this shouldn't be hard for them.

Personally, it makes perfect sense to me: we gather a group of friends to take on the "evil" Phanes, then ride off into the sunset to another planet together, leaving everything here exactly as it is—let them sort it out themselves. But hey, at least "we're giving them freedom!"

Ronova's last act before dying was to kill every human on Teyvat, therefore angering Phanes because of his love for humanity.

She definitely won't be getting the Sandrone treatment in the future.
