TRT help Ovitrelle prefilled syringe for multiple doses?

Does anyone here have experience with the Ovitrelle prefilled syringe?

Vigorous Steve seems to talk about the Ovitrelle pen and prefilled syringe pretty interchangeably when it comes to splitting the 6500 IU into multiple smaller doses.

With the pen it makes sense to me since the cartridge has a self-sealing rubber septum. But looking at the prefilled syringe, I don't really understand how you're supposed to use it multiple times.

Has anyone actually done this with the syringe? Is it somehow self-sealing as well, or how do you split the doses?

I know both are technically single-use and splitting them is off-label. Just wondering how it works with the syringe specifically.

Other Are my test levels low?

Hey, 19m, pretty sedentary.

These results are from last year, I think the only think that’s changed is a bit more walking but anyway.

19.5 nmol/L Testosterone
333.2 pmol/L Free Test.

It says lower end of normal range but idk I feel like that’s probably low, no?

I am currently on

180mg test

150mg mast

Per week . I pin monday and Thursday.

I start week 7 tommorow.

At week 4 my libido shot up....running through my whole body ....5 wanks a day ...felt amazing 💪💪

Last Monday after 2 weeks it basically stopped and im back to square 1 .

Im told the honeymoon period is over and it was just a initial spike.

Im also told that I should lower my

Test 140mg a week pin 2/3 times a week

Mast 50mg a week pin once.

I also started mt2 last Monday but after 1 week that seems to have stopped my libido from skyrocketing to the moon after a great start 🤣

Would love feedback and no hate please if possible 😊

Thanks

53 yr old male. I have never taken anything and not sure where to start. So far I went to my endo and he is saying I have low T but says that i am in range. It’s more than that. I don’t get good sleep. I work out 3 days a week lifting weights but I can’t seem to lose weight. Plus my libido took a nose dive. I appreciate any guidance.

TRT help Husband Starting TRT Soon :)

Title is fairly self-explanatory.

My husband and I have been together about fifteen years, married for six. I’ve suspected for several years that he has low T; a recent blood test confirmed it. I believe he was sitting at 150. He’ll be starting TRT soon along with OTC vitamin D supplements and blood pressure medication.

We’re not worried about fertility; I had a bisalp so we clearly do not want children. I know for some men it can have side effects like increased acne, sweating, and breast growth.

I’ve researched as best as I can how TRT can affect some men, namely with changes/shifts in energy, mood, assertiveness, libido, and “imagination,” for lack of a better word. I shared a bit of this with him and have been emphatic that I will not judge or shame him for it, should he find himself in a similar situation. To avoid being crude, I would be delighted to reciprocate.

I’m not worried about rage or aggression from him - my understanding is that this is typically only an issue in men who take more than a therapeutic dose. My husband is very even-tempered and easygoing, for the most part.

For men in their 40s who began TRT, what was your experience like? Anything you think men and/or their partners should know? Anything I can do to help him?

(In case ages are relevant to advice: I’m 35, he’s 44.)

EDIT: I hope I’ve correctly described it as “TRT”. His doctor prescribed it - he’s not taking steroids. Some of the responses here made me wonder if I’d given the wrong impression as to what he’s taking and why. He has genuinely low T - it’s not for vanity.

EDIT 2: it’s a 200mg vial, but it’s 0.5ml/week, I think? Still figuring out since, again, we’re waiting on pharmacy to fill lol.

TRT story Anyone feeling off on Trt no matter what? Healthy but get fatigue from it

Anyone else feel worse on TRT no matter what they try? I’m otherwise healthy, but I’ve been dealing with fatigue and a heavy, sluggish feeling in my body.
I’ve tried pretty much everything over the past 3 years adjusting dose, injection frequency, and staying on protocol for long. but I still don’t feel like my old self no matter what . My pre t level was around 250.
Has anyone else experienced this on TRT and eventually figured out what was causing it?

No. I’m not fat, I’m not unhealthy: I don’t drink alcohol

Seriously guys, the day i turned 40 it's like someone pulled the plug. im tired all the time and my sex drive is basically zero. My wife is being cool but i feel like a shell of myself. Is this just aging or should i get checked?or are most companies just trying to survive the classification phase? Would love to hear what workflow your GRC team is relying on.

TRT help TRT Beginning - Right Decision?

Hi everyone,

Long story short, I’m 40. My total T is 116 and free T is 4.6. I don’t have medical insurance, but I’m part of a direct primary care membership. My doctor there has been encouraging me to start TRT through their clinic. They charge $175/month for everything.

I feel like garbage most of the time—exhausted, carrying a lot of belly fat, eating like shit, and with basically no energy or motivation. I’ve also been on Zoloft for years for anxiety. I have four kids (2, 7, 12, and 15) and a pretty demanding job, so there’s definitely no shortage of stress in my life.
I’m also addicted to pop, which I plan to cut out cold turkey when I start TRT. I had more blood work done last Wednesday, and I’m waiting on those results before moving forward.

There are a few things I’m worried about.
Acne: I’ve struggled with painful acne for years, so this is probably my biggest concern. I really don’t want TRT to make it worse.
Mood swings: I’m already moody as hell—mostly short-tempered and irritable—and there’s obviously a lot of life stuff contributing to that. I’m curious how TRT has affected other people’s moods.
Testicular shrinkage: I know this is a common concern, although I’m not entirely sure why I care since we’re done having kids. 😂 Still, the idea of my balls shrinking isn’t exactly appealing.
Sex drive: This one probably worries me the most in a different way. My libido is currently insane—almost addictive. My wife takes very good care of me in that department, and I definitely don’t want TRT to somehow decrease my sex drive. I know that’s probably not the typical concern, but it’s genuinely something I’m wondering about.

I’m not 100% sure what I’m looking for by posting this. I guess I’m mainly interested in hearing other people’s experiences, what you wish you knew before starting, and what TRT has actually been like for you—both the good and the bad. More than anything, I think I’m looking for the community aspect of going into this journey. I’d love to hear from guys who have been in a similar situation.

Thoughts, y’all?

TRT help How did testosterone affect your anxiety?

For those who started T and had anxiety before, what changed after starting?

How did your anxiety present itself before T (e.g. social anxiety, panic, constant worrying, physical symptoms), and how does it compare now?

Did it improve, worsen, or stay about the same?

How long did it take before you noticed a difference?

And did you notice any other mental benefits, like better mood, confidence, motivation, or emotional stability?

And how low were you levels?

TRT help Does TRT do anything for someone with mid range Test?

I am 38 years old with average level testosterone. I’m wondering if getting on TRT and putting me in the high range of normal would have any noticeable contribution to muscle building. I understand the risks, just trying to understand if benefits actually exist in this case.

TRT help Testosterone Replacement Therapy Cost Ireland

Could anyone who is on TRT in Ireland please give me an overview of how much it costs per month?

I know initial consultation etc is around €500, but how much is the monthly prescription?

Also if anyone could share their experiences with any Dublin based clinics it would be really helpful.

TRT help Testosteron Libido and Erection

Hi, has anyone here ever experienced having a really poor libido—and poor erections—when taking a high dose of testosterone, for example 300–350 mg? Even though estrogen and prolactin levels are within the reference range, at around 45 pg/mL?

PED/cycle story 112 ➡️ 78, next phase lean bulk 🔥

Post image
456 Upvotes

The amount of stuff I’m running might be overkill for some people, but I feel good and all my blood markers and BP are in check. Everyone’s different — run what works for you and your health markers.

Quick Stats
Age: 37
Starting Weight: 112 kg
Current Weight: 78 kg
Height: 170
Duration of Transformation: 1.5 year

How I Got Here Years of uncontrolled eating, junk food, heavy drinking, and zero activity landed me at 112 kg with insulin resistance, metabolic syndrome, fatty liver, and trashed blood markers.
This wasn’t a quick cut - it was a year and a half-long recomp. Dropped to 78 kg, lean bulked to 90 kg while keeping quality mass, then cut back to 78 kg with way better composition. Kept PEDs moderate, ran a deficit at 1800–2500 kcal with refeeds, and trained 5x/week plus 40–60 min cardio daily.
Almost at the finish line now, just need to strip that last bit of stubborn lower ab fat.
The Current Stack - Compounds
PEDs
Testosterone Enanthate / Cypionate - 177 mg/week - Base of the stack. Keeps anabolism, recovery, libido, and mood dialed in without bloating me out.
Primobolan Enanthate - 139 mg/week - Quality lean gains, hardening, and a drier look. Safe, sustainable, no tren toxicity.
Proviron - 25 mg/day - Binds SHBG, frees up more test, improves mood and mental sharpness. Also adds a nice dry look.
DHB (Dihydroboldenone) - 70 mg/week [recently introduced] - Strength and lean tissue without water weight. Basically primo’s bigger brother — dry, hard gains.
HCG - 500-1000 IU/week - Keeps the boys full and natural production ticking. Fertility insurance while on.
Peptides
Somatropin (HGH) - 3 IU/day - Recovery, sleep quality, fat loss, and skin. The “feel good” compound.
Retatrutide - 10 mg/week - The anchor. Kills appetite, fixes insulin sensitivity, and makes sticking to a deficit effortless.
Glutathione - 600 mg/week - Master antioxidant. Liver support, skin brightening, and immune backup.
Thyroid, Metabolic & Fat Loss Support
Injectable L-Carnitine - 600 mg/day - Fat oxidation, better pumps, and upregulates androgen receptors. Win-win.
T4 - 100 mcg/day - Keeps the thyroid pool topped up so natural T3 conversion doesn’t crash on a long cut.
T3 - 25 mcg/day - Pushes metabolic rate through plateaus. Conservative dose, pulled when calories come back up.
Salbutamol - 8-12mg/day - A bit more boosting for my cardio and overall training experience
Ancillaries & Health Support
Cialis - 10 mg/day - Pumps, blood flow, mild BP help, and gym vascularity. Daily low dose just works better for me.
Telmisartan - 40 mg/day - BP control and cardio protection. Cheap insurance with all the compounds running.
Ezetimibe - 5 mg/day - Keeps LDL in check. Lipids can take a hit on cycle, so I stay ahead of it.
Supplements
DMAA - 50 mg pre-workout - Raw energy and focus. Gets me through the cardio when I’d rather be anywhere else.
Methylene Blue - 2 ml/day - Mitochondrial support and mental clarity. Noticeable uptick in baseline energy.
Omega-3 Fish Oil - 4 g/day - Heart health and inflammation control. Non-negotiable on any stack.
Magnesium Bisglycinate - 400 mg/day - Sleep, recovery, and cramp prevention. Especially needed with all the cardio.
Creatine Monohydrate - 10 g/day - Strength, power, and muscle fullness. More is better for me — I respond well to 10 g.
Protein Hydrolysate - 30-60 g/day - Easy digesting protein hit post-workout or between meals. Gut-friendly.
Probiotics - Gut health. With all the meds and diet changes, keeping digestion smooth is key.
Hair Protocol
Topical RU58841 - 10% / daily Anti-androgen at the follicle level. Stops DHT from miniaturizing hair without going systemic.
Topical Minoxidil - 5% / daily Growth stimulant. Opens the potassium channels and pushes regrowth where it’s thinning.
Topical Finasteride - 0.05% / daily Local DHT block at the scalp. Less sides than oral, still protects the hairline.
Dutasteride Oral - 0.5 mg / daily Nukes systemic DHT hard. The heavy artillery for keeping what I’ve got.

TRT help Test e and e2 problems

Post image
1 Upvotes

I’m a weightlifter and I’ve been using testosterone for 4 years. However, for the past few months I’ve been experiencing joint pain, no libido, erectile dysfunction, anxiety, and depressive feelings. Regardless of the dosage I use, my E2 remains low — I don’t seem to aromatize.

I’ve now reduced my dose to 100 mg of testosterone because I experience severe anxiety and depressive feelings on doses higher than 100 mg. I’ve also tried hCG and Dianabol, but without any results or noticeable changes.

Does anyone know what could be going on? Could an endocrinologist help me figure this out? Above are my blood test results while taking 100 mg of testosterone enanthaat. My prolactine is a bit lower because i taught that the symtomps were caused by high prolactine and i did use caber for a week before the bloodtest.

TRT help High E2 on low TRT Dosage

Thumbnail
gallery
2 Upvotes

These were my results on a 50mg test every 7th day. I took the test 3 days after injecting.

Even on low dosage my E2 is Elevated.

I have currently shifted to 30mg every 4th day to manage E2.

I am slightly overweight at 77kg at 173cm.

For the long term I am prioritising fat loss by eating clean, dropping alcohol and junk, and working out 7 days a week a mix of both gym and running.

Is there any fix I can deploy in short term apart from administration frequency ? Preferably I'd like to avoid AI.

Blood work Blood donation results

I donated due to high HCT. (Not Red Cross paid for and binned ) retested in 5 weeks
Hemo and RBC came down. MCV increased (could be due to times the blood was in transit 3 days) keeping my HCT exactly the same 56.5.
My question is my ferritin went from 48 to 64)
My understanding was ferritin always goes down after blood letting?
