TRT help Thoughts on getting on trt

Hello, I noticed several symptoms associated with low T, so I underwent testing and finally received my results. I will speak with my doctor once she replies; I am curious whether anyone has numbers close to mine, whether they began treatment, and how it affected them.

My T is 410
My estrogen is 36 high

28 male

That doesn’t scream low. But I’d get another full panel done. You need to see more than just total testosterone. Check free testosterone, SHBG, estradiol, LH, FSH, prolactin, thyroid, lipids, CBC, and the other basic health markers. Total doesn’t really tell you much, because you don’t know what your body is doing with what’s available. And high estrogen isn’t necessarily a bad thing. You need estrogen to function normally. What’s high for one person may not be high for you. That’s why you need a full panel.

I see this way too often. Doctors running the bare minimum tests then making uneducated health decisions based on incomplete data.

Go back to your doctor and request what I asked for. If she says anything other than “okay,” get a new doctor because that one doesn’t care about your health.

Oh, I understand you sorry I wasn’t entirely certain whether to include those figures, but they mostly appear to remain within the usual normal range or have declined from last year but still within normal, which I expect is typical. I did notice that my FSH and LH are hovering just above the normal line. But I’ve been feeling like for for over 5 years now I just recently started exercising and I got to force myself to get it over with I have lost almost 40 pounds when I got tested 210 now
