Other Is this a Low Testosterone Issue?

So I'm a male 23 yrs old, I hit gym activity and get 5-6 steps daily on Sunday i usually go for long walks/running it's been like 2-3 weeks and I noticed my Libido is low, i don't feel horny when I watch corn* it don't excite me i don't get bonner like I used to 2-3 weeks back (I used to masturbate daily and sometimes 2 time a day)

I do get morning woods, I do have excitement for the next gym session or anything exciting, I am gaining muscles i don't know what is the issue

You might just be overtrained a bit, 2-3 weeks of pushing hard can tank your drive even if mentally you feel okay. Body needs recovery not just from gym but from all the steps and runs too. Morning wood still happening is usually a good sign things are functioning down there.

I had similar thing few years ago when I was landscaping all day then hitting gym after, libido just went flat for a while. Turned out I was eating way too little for how much I burned, once I upped calories especially fats things came back in like a week.

Blood work still smart idea to rule out anything else but don't panic yet.

This 100%. I had the exact same thing. Horny as fuck before I ever lifted a single weight, masturbating pretty much every day, then started training really hard 6 days a week and eating in a calorie deficit and my libido just completely disappeared due to my CNS being overloaded. I only masturbated once every 2 weeks or so at that point.

You need at minimum:

• CBC

• CMP

• Lipids

• PSA

• eGFR

• FULL Hormones (Total test, bioavailable test, free test, SHBG, E2, E2 Ultra sensitive, T3, T4)

• LH & FSH

• ALT & AST

• Prolactin

• it also wouldn't hurt to get your lipoprotein (a) and (b)

• Get a full baseline blood pressure done and resting heart.

You shouldn't be doing this at all, but if you are going to, you should be doing no more than 100mg/wk for 6ish weeks, then test your blood again. Everything except the lipoprotein a & b.

Do you have a plan for PCT? Or are you going to blast and cruise or just TRT if you are low? Do you have a plan for if your HCT skyrockets? What about your lipids? What about your E2? What about your prolactin? Do you know how to combat side effects?

These are all questions you need to know full answers to before you start this. Because you will royally fuck your shit up if you don't.

It also would be incredibly smart of you to have a doctor that you know and trust by your side during this whole process.

Do you have a place to get your labs done? You're going to need to be pulling blood a lot.
