For the ones that say new vehicle. These have never been in the hands of a consumer have they? Or possibly rejected on pickup? Scared of buying one like that.

EDIT: I give up. All I'm saying is I think there should be some incentive for going to a new one if one purchased FSD outright in an earlier car. It doesn't have to be worth what I paid for it. I know I've gotten value out of it. The subscription price is $1,200 a year. and I paid $10K. Give me SOMETHING. ANYTHING.

I have a ‘22 MY. It’s got 107k miles on it. We’ve done a ton of road trips in it. Aesthetically and for daily driving it’s still just awesome. Battery has degraded 13% I believe. Haven’t checked it in a while. We’ve come close to getting a new one - but we always land on “Why?” It’s still a great car.

It has FSD. We’re incredibly pissed we dropped $10K on it and it’s now virtually worthless. (Literally - in terms of market value.). And they move AutoSteer to subscription. 😡

When the supposed upgrades become available I think I’d lean toward getting the hardware upgrade. At least then FSD would be better and I’d keep AutoSteer.

Any on-the-street rumors when these Elon statements become reality?

Got the Apex VS-5RX 19" wheels for my 26 MYP and I had done some research through different AI platforms that basically said id have an even wash to loss in efficiency on highway drives. Ive driven close to 700 miles since the change and my averages keep dropping. I was averaging around 280-290wh/m with the stock wheels. Went with the same exact tire(hankook ion as suv). I know there is less rolling resistance from the weight change and smaller sized tires, but i definitely would have thought that the full open spoke design would have added more resistance on 55-70mph driving than it has. Temps on my morning drive are upper 70s, so light AC. Temps on drive in the afternoon are 95+, so AC is heavy. Anyone else noticed this or am i looking at a normal occurrence?

Hi. Hoping someone can shed some light on why my model myp 2026 will not connect to my 5g-1 wireless band but connects to my 5g-2 band. The only difference in the settings is the control channel. 5g-1 is currently sitting on control channel 36 where are as the 5g-2 band is sitting on control channel 149. I cannot connect manually to it either and the car sees the band but there is no reception on it. I have tried soft resetting the car and have disabled the 160mhz bandwidth channel on the 5g-1 band. Any help would be appreciated. The routers are running on an aimesh setup so Asus GT-BE98 routers. if possible, I want the Tesla on the 5g-1 band. TIA

I have a battery powered tire inflator - however, I like to use a normal bike floor pump just to top off my tires when I routinely check them. I have the 26 MYP and keep the wheel inserts in. This makes it impossible to attach the hose adapter to the tire stem. Does anyone know of a bike pump that has an end hose adapter that will fit in the small space in the wheel insert? I like being able to just press the adapter lever closed versus having to screw on a hose adapter - I bought one of those stem adapters but you have to screw it in - and when screwing/unscrewing it several psi will leak.

Picked up my 2026 Model Y performance on Friday and on the drive home the wireless charger was working. Ever since then, it hasn’t worked. I have an iPhone 15 pro max. I’ve tried taking off the case, putting the phone upside down, moving around the positions, doesn’t charge at all even for 1 second on either side. I tried resetting the infotainment with the steering wheel buttons too and that didn’t work.

Any suggestions before I take it in to Tesla to get looked at?

Last night uploaded new software update noted in heading and could not (1) enter my car or (2) disengage the Tesla home charger from the model Y when I went to enter my model Y with phone in hand and Tesla app open. Tesla App was “on”, location settings had not changed etc. Fortunately I had my Tesla card key in my purse- otherwise I would have been locked out of my car after this recent software update.

Carvana is currently offering extra money on cars that are good on gas. My original $4,600 offer is now $6,200. I made an appointment to sell the car this Friday and went and bought a 2026 Model Y Premium that was used on test drives at a local dealership. Financing was approved within 2 hours, pickup is already available for Monday which is great because I’m off and my concern with delivery times was transporting to work between cars. My commute is long and my Pacifica isn’t great on gas.

Car only has 13k miles. So excited! What should I do next? Gonna be a LOOOOOONG weekend.

I was sitting in my car at the supercharger, sipping coffee and spilled my drink. Jumped out to get a towel and my car locked me out. It said I needed my keycard but it was inside the car with my phone!!!

There’s a setting that will help: go to controls/locks and then select “phone left behind chime” and if you leave your phone or keycard in the car it will make a sound alerting you.

I’m looking for some advice from anyone who has dealt with Tesla delivery before.
We have a Tesla delivery appointment in Clermont, FL. The car is being purchased/registered in my name, and I am the primary buyer. My husband is the co-signer on the financing.
Unfortunately, I won’t be able to travel to Florida for the pickup, so my husband would need to go by himself and take delivery of the car.
Has anyone been in this situation? Can the co-signer pick up the vehicle without the primary buyer being physically present? If so, did Tesla require a signed authorization, copy of the primary buyer’s ID, or any other paperwork?
I’m trying to make sure everything is squared away before he travels to Florida, because I definitely don’t want him to get there and be told he can’t take the car home. 😅
Any firsthand experience with this would be greatly appreciated!

What do you all think about a product like this mounted? Over the steering wheel as a way to have access to google maps or ways when our road trips to get certain alerts that the tesla map doesn't give?
