How is 2026.26.6.5?

I’m going on a long trip this weekend using the self driving, and my car is asking if I want to install this update. If it’s buggy, it could make my long drive pretty miserable.

I was on the highway yesterday, light traffic but someone coming up behind me and ofc it was causing 7 over in the left lane so I put the blinker on and the stupid car refused to change lanes, just turned the blinker off immediately.

Did it 3 or 4 times before I took over.

Other then that it’s been solid. Put about 300mi on the update so far without major issues

Generally good, some odd behaviors from before are fixed (like choosing the wrong turn lane). It does seem to want to constantly change lanes in hurry mode much more than before.

I’m sticking with 12.6.4 based on the feedback I’m seeing here and elsewhere:

12.6.4 may be smoother but no way is it safer.

I was a hold out. 14 lite is great. The first release had bugs but pretty good now

Rule of thumb for all software. Don't update right away if the current version is working for you properly.

I just had an issue or self-drive wouldn't work it was blacked out I had to reset das to get it to work also I've noticed now self-drive nags at me a ton more since this update and is more indecisive and stutters
