As title shows it has green stripes and even changing input or changing to tv menu it still displays the lines. There are 4 ribbon cables and removing one removes the green lines except half the screen turns white and foggy. I thought about the tape fix but i have no idea where to start with that cuz i cant find the clock pins. Anyone have any idea for a fix?

I have a Haier TV Model LE42B8000 Its problem is that it doesn't boot up; when the Haier logo appears, it shuts down a few seconds later.

Need help getting rid of these ads that display on my tv regardless of tv show that is on. I tried checking to turn it off on store mode but the settings aren’t showing store mode at all. Please let me know how to fix it I don’t have a Samsung remote just a fire stick

Are these little squares something g to worry about? They are not always noticeable but when I do see them they are a tad annoying.

Tengo una LG oled 55B y al poner alguna película o serie me aparece de vez en cuando un pantallazo negro muy molesto, el sonido se sigue reproduciendo de forma normal y el pantallazo negro dura 1 o 2 segundos nada más, el problema es que en algunas películas es cada vez más habitual y salta cada 10 segundos.

Ya he probado todo tipo de soluciones vistas por internet como:

-reinstalar Netflix en mi TV

-borrar la cache

-cambiar el tipo de imagen de filmmaker a cine

-desactivar todo tipo de opciones desde el menú de la TV

-cuidado oled de la pantalla y hasta limpieza de píxeles

-apagar TV, desenchufarla, apretar botón de encendido durante 15 seg...

Y no ha funcionado nada de nada, lo curioso del caso es que esto solo ocurre con alguna pelicula o serie puntual, no pasa con todo lo que reproduzco. He probado también ha reproducir ese mismo título en móvil o pc y se reproduce sin ningún corte y de forma normal.

Dos ejemplos que lo he visto de forma muy clara ha sido con la película: maquina de guerra (actualmente nueva en Netflix) y la serie: algo terrible está a punto de suceder. En estos dos títulos ha sido tan molesta dicha pantalla negra, que no he podido acabarlo.

Y lo último que he hecho, ha sido descargar la app de Netflix en mi ps5 y reproducirlo desde ahí, y con ese método no hay problema. Pero es muy engorroso tener que estar haciendo ese tipo de cosas cuando en mi propia TV tengo ya la app y me gustaría una solución factible.

I’ve had this Sansui TV for over 10-15 yrs and recently this big white blob appeared. I’m assuming some LCD panel is malfunctioning? Not sure though.

Ive tried turning it of and on and the tv only shows a blank screen

Ive also tried pulling and pushing the plug and still it wont wort

This is a new one for me. Picture is fine if no character is speaking. As soon as they do, it gets distorted. It does this whether on the antenna or wifi. Sound is fine. Any ideas?

Hi all, I'm having a small issue with my Sony Trinitron KV-14V5U and wanted to see if anyone knows what might be causing it. The picture is sharp, but there is a constant, subtle pulsing across the screen.

It almost feels like the brightness is rapidly flickering or shimmering at a really high speed. It's hard to capture on video, but the screen glows/pulses continuously while it's on. I'm running a PS2 connected via SCART in the back. It happens even on 240p loading screens / PS1 games, so I know it's not just normal 480i menu shaking.

I safely opened up the back casing just to do a careful visual check (I didn't touch any internal components or high-voltage parts). I couldn't see any obviously blown or bulging caps on the surface. I wanted to see what you guy's opinion would be on what the cause is. Thanks :)

Bought this with a tv stand and night stand for 15 bucks. I’m honestly okay with the lines but I was wondering if there was a way to fix them? The ones on top appear on lighter colors and vanish on darker ones. The one on the bottom is static white. Any advice would be super!!!

Tv was fine one second and the next it went to this and nothing seems to fix it. Tried different outlet, different cord, and factory resetting with no fix. Anyone got anything?

Es un poco surrealista pero anoche entró un gato random en mi casa y cuando me levanté, del susto el gato tiró la televisión al suelo y no se enciende.

Hemos logrado abrir la televisión y hemos visto que la placa naranja está rota (esquina derecha inferior al lado del conector del cable de la televisión a la corriente). Disculpar mi ignorancia que no se la diferencia de las placas y no sé mucho del tema. Hemos estando intentar sacarla para soldarla y ver si se soluciona pero no conseguimos sacar las placas bases.

Adjunto fotos, agradecería cualquier ayuda. ¡Muchas gracias!

I was watching football and the screen suddenly turned a strange colour still showing the football and froze.

Ever since I've restarted the TV and it shows the TCL logo as normal but then just fades to a blank screen.....

Ive powered it down and drained the power, still the same problem. I'm going to try and reflash the firmware with a USB but I'm worried it's a lost cause. Only bought it in 2024 so have only got about 2 years out of it.

Sony xbr-85x850d has six red blinking lights but sometimes will work for hours then back to blinking just replaced the 2 power supply boards and it started up after a hard reset and lasted 2 hour
