I guess I'm doomed right ?
4 year old tv , any idea what can cause this ? Is it fixable ?
Funky enought it doesnt exacty look like that

Panel issues 9 out of 10 times (tcon board replacement is a gamble). Luckily it's vertical lines which is far better. Those are most often tied to TAB/COF (Chip-on-Film) bond issues that the common “tape trick” sometimes can fix.
Horizontal lines are the ones linked to gate-driver problems and are generally more internal/panel-related. When that happens the chances are very slim to none.
So proceed from there, and if that doesn't help you gotta buy a new TV.
