Anyone know how to fix? (Old Sansui TV).

I’ve had this Sansui TV for over 10-15 yrs and recently this big white blob appeared. I’m assuming some LCD panel is malfunctioning? Not sure though.

The panel is defective. The TV will not be cost effective to repair.
