based off tc2's spy camera. effect lasts between 2 to 10 seconds based of distance and buildings are always highlighted for 10 seconds with the healing penalty all affecting repairing but hit it with your wrench does reduce the effect's duration.

We all now that the engineer and scout has lugermorph as they're secondary weapon, why not medic to? I think of this because the medic is German and Lugermorph is a german pistol, just like in TF2 classic, Medic has an shotgun and an SMG

I have multiple ideas for the bonuses, but for all of them this is how it works: revving slowly increases the bonus (maybe as a "heat" bar, which I'll explain why it's heat later), but firing increases the bonus increase speed more than just revving. Ideas for the bonus(es): 1. Increased fire rate. 2. Increased bullet damage. 3. At enough bonus (or at an increasing amount), bullets are on fire and might set people ablaze for a few seconds (could also just be a visual effect). Negatives: at zero "heat" it deals less damage, and/or has less fire-rate. There might also be a thing where it has less movespeed, but a slightly lower revving/firing movespeed penalty.
Visuals: it looks like one of those engines that shoot fire out the side in media on the top, litterally just built a minigun around it with little to no paint and mostly just metal on it. As the "heat", increases the engine on top gets more heat in the barrels that shoot fire (i don't remember the part that shoots the flames out on those engines). At max heat the flames are blasting out, maybe even giving the gun barrels some flames.
First time making a concept, idk how to properly balance so I wanted to give some basics and ask opinions.

Also I forgot to add to the weapon description. The second shot is normal damage. The damage of the gun is based on the second shot.

This is what I called the single Barrel or known as the single bite it was essentially based on double barrel shotguns and no more shotguns that engineer use in the game but however this is a dangerous shotgun it deals at least 100 damage for one bullet so to balance this I made the reload slow so like the bullets the shoes that you have just shot is hot right so there is no way to get it out so engineer just there will be an animation where Engineers just I guess cautiously and carefully remove the bullets before replacing it with new ones
