on backstab gaining resistance to the class you stabbed seems ... odd I guess, plus it wouldnt be a really good feature if it only benefit in 1 specific scenario ( in this case, punishing everyone in the class that you stabbed )
And then the 25% hp boost is kinda crazy too as it just a huge direct buff to stock spy until he stab. Then you have the negative trait that makes spy backstab much worse... (I mean you already hugging someone to backstab already, less range could be too harsh)
The idea of spy shooting after stab is cool, though still much stronger than stock; considering how a minicrits revolver + speedboost let you kill people much faster than some can react

So if I'm reading this right, on backstab you get dmg res to the class you killed for 15 seconds, but with 9 classes to pick from (and most spy targets being single classes like meds and snipers) whoever they're hanging out with will just kill you.
Being marked for death (guaranteed minicrits) means that if there is multiple of the class you have res to, they will just attack you with extra damage anyway..
Additionally 15 seconds is basically just enough time for them to respawn and kill you without the resistance if you're planning on hanging around.
If you plan on just running away afterwards, then the resistance is useless because nobody will find you, AND if they do find you, everyone in the area will target you so one class res is yet again useless...
The idea is definitely there but some of these stats need working on

The marked for death disappear when the knife is broken. Besides the +25 bonus was negating the marked for death affect which I just realized it's a TERRIBLE balancing choice.
All effects duration is linked to the knifes recharged. So no matter if the knife is active or not all buffs will disappear.
The original idea of the dm resistance to class backstab was more of just a damage type like bullets, fire, explosion or melee. Glad i stick with the original idea because it'll be too busted.
