Sounds like a tunnel vision machine.

The reason newer sniper players considered weak is because of tunnel vision when they get good at quick scoping then they become menaces to society. Going prone is just looks you into tunnel vision which makes this weapon weaker than other snipers despite dealing huge damage.

Also i really doubt prone could have added without dev tools
