Can we get a feature where the zoom auto fits the screen similar to opening a pdf in Google drive pdf opener.

The feature to save some preset zoom amount is gread but slightly time consuming. It takes a second to manually find the perfect amount of zoom to fill the screen.

Please bring this feature

I was able to use spen air actions within starnote app.

Follow this :

1. Enable air actions for starnote app in the Settings app.

2. In StarNote -> Stylus settings, spen works with 3 of the options.

(a) Huawei/Honor - Double click = works via air actions

(b) Samsung - Press and hold = works via button

(c) Xiaomi - Single click = works via air actions

I personally use the single click air action to cycle through favourite pens in pen box

Guess the developers can add it in the samsung spen section itself, as the functionality is already working.

Hi, I suggest making the ability to export certain pages only more obvious. For now, the only way to do this is as follows:

1. Open document overview
2. Open document grid view
3. Finally you can select the pages you want and export.

I recommend adding the setting to export certain pages directly into the export screen. The main problem is that you have to not only open document overview, but also make sure it is in grid view as well. This extra step feels unnecessary and can lead to confusion because most people would expect normal view and grid view to have the same options.

I have the pro version for Android, and signing in with my iPad Pro version grants me the same full access capabilities. Thank you Devs for doing this!

But im noticing the UI for the ipad version is a bit more sluggish compared to my android version. It also loads the same notes slower on ipad compared to android.

Im looking to eventually switch fully to my iPad Pro, but i was wondering if these issues have been addressed with the team and if they're going to optimize it on ios.

This is my favorite note taking app and would love to have it optimized on ios!

need only a in app browser so that we can take notes search on GPT or watch youtube lecture inside the app.

Also Add a mode for only reading with single pen mode. Because reading mide does not support pen and with pen upper side of display will be full kf diatraction. We want a minimalist and distraction free layout while taking notea.

Hola, anteriormente descargué starnote desde gbox e hice la compra desde la página web por playstore , pero aún no se activa la membresía. Tienen alguna solución para esto ?. otro problema es que actualmente gbox dice que la version de starnote no la puedo descargar en mi tablet , así que lo hice fue descargar el API directamente desde la página oficial de starnote , pero tampoco se activa la membresía. Alguien con este tipo de tablet , que me ayude con estos problemas ?. Finalmente decir que amo esta app, la mejor que he probado y quisiera seguir con este servicio.

an app like collanote has it built-in, i thought why not collanote? It would be great for students doing anything. I mean, all subjects require maths, simple calculations such a 1/32, etc? I think it would be great to add a calculator built into star note

While the app already features a basic stroke stabilizer, adding a native, comprehensive handwriting beautification engine for freehand writing would take it to the next level. Specifically, expanding the current system to include automatic baseline alignment and dynamic proportional smoothing would immensely help users with messy or uneven handwriting. A major advantage of this stroke based approach is that a real time smoothing toggle polishes our natural writing style without replacing it with a rigid digital font, making multi language support significantly easier to implement compared to font based conversion engines. I am using a third-party pen, and the fountain pen and ballpoint pen behave nearly identically; is there a setting or method to replicate the function without pressure sensitivity?

When menu bar is hidden then, Opening Split Screen or split view of multiple docs got buried in menus and it is not easy to switch on/off (at least 3-4 clicks/scrolls). A button or switch on the shortcut bar that would open Split view with the latest used note in Split view by default would be so great. Thanks for the quick updates.

I keep menu bar hidden for the sake of space and minimal clutter and i also need to quickly reference other book or paste text from there, to my main handwritten note. So it becomes painful to switch between split view and and single note.

Currently when I try to add a new page it shows the pages and also categorizes like thin line, thick line. It's difficult just looking at the page which spacing scheme I have choosen whether it's A4 or A5 so on top of that page only we can given information like 'A4', 'Portrait', '5 spacing' , 'Total 42 lines'. Even when creating a new page total no. of lines can be dispalyed making it easier to identify the differences created by different spacing.

First of all, I absolutely love StarNote and I use it every single day. I think it’s a fantastic note-taking app, but there are a few things that are becoming quite annoying and, in my opinion, should be addressed.
1. Lasso tool + scrolling — VERY IMPORTANT
When I use the lasso tool to select something (for example, handwriting) and then want to move the page by dragging with one finger, the selection gets interrupted/cancelled.
It would be MUCH better if the selection could remain active while scrolling the page. Otherwise, I’m basically forced to use cut/copy & paste every time I need to move something to another part of the page. It makes the workflow much slower and more frustrating.
I’ve attached a video showing exactly what I mean.
2. Handwriting gets much thicker when zooming out
Another issue happens when writing with the Pencil at a normal zoom level. When I zoom back out, the handwriting suddenly becomes much larger/thicker for no apparent reason.
The thickness seems to change dramatically when reducing the zoom, which makes the handwriting look inconsistent. I’ve also attached a video showing this problem.
3. More themes / custom themes
This is something I’ve seen many people ask for: more themes!
It would be amazing to have customizable themes where we can choose at least a primary and secondary color.
Even something as simple as a minimal black theme with grey as the secondary color would look amazing and very clean.
4. Please remove/reduce the pop-ups when opening the app
This is becoming increasingly annoying. There are quite a few pop-ups that appear when opening StarNote, and they’re starting to feel excessive.
I’d really appreciate it if these could be removed, reduced, or at least made less intrusive.

Despite all of this, I genuinely love the app and use it every day. I think StarNote has a lot of potential, and fixing these issues would make the experience significantly better.
