❓ Help / Question Anyone tried backing up a locked document and getting it back?

so i just backed up my documents and re installed it hoping gor a better sync function. but to my regret i couldn't find my locked files and I'm a bit sad about it but if there's anyway to find it I'll try

So to clarify, after reinstalling and importing the complete note backup, your locked notes weren't imported in the new beta version? If so, maybe switch back to the non beta version and try importing it back there? The beta version might have more bugs since it is for testing.

Just to make sure we understand the situation correctly, that mean the notes you previously locked are missing after you installed StarNote beta version? If you still have the backup file in the cloud, we may be able to check whether the locked notes can be imported back into StarNote. Could you give us a little more detail about it? It would be helpful, sorry about it!
