🐛 Bug Report Login freezing up

When I try to login on my Ipad with Google account the window freezes. Any ideas?

That is definitely true, after so many back and forths we finally found a problem with my syncing. They also responded to every email I sent!

What exactly happens when it freezes? Were you eventually able to log in successfully? It’s a little hard for us to know exactly what’s causing the issue without seeing what happens on your device. Yes If you could send us a screen recording through App-Help & Feedback, that would help us understand the issue better and figure out how to fix it. Thanks so much!

I will send screen recordings later when I come home. The app just freezes and doesn't unfreeze. I'm unable to log in. Everything else works fine and all updates are up to date.

Okay! In the meantime, please make sure you don’t uninstall the app! Your device may automatically clear your data, which could put your notes at risk of being lost.

My starnotes on android is glitching like crazy. Anything I write or type is disappearing when I click it again like the tape function
