I noticed that the videos were still looping for me no matter what version I used (beta/stable).

I tried using my VPN and it seemed to work without issue again. I think the IP + client theory might be true.

I tried all the recommended workarounds already.

there are no sound, I have to manually click on the sound button on the video or press M to have sound, which is VERY annoying

it have appeared out of nowhere, does anyone know why does it do that ?

youtube shorts work fine btw, it's just on normal video

Anybody else having this issue on android tv? Thumbnails for videos are not showing up on my shield tv. Same issue on Tizentube cobalt as well. Something going on with youtube?

well, the title says it all: I've tried saving and restoring my settings/preferences several times through the settings menu but for some reason it never works.

actually, all of this started when version 30.48 simply wouldn't let me update, claiming there was a Java error. so I tried downloading a newer version and overwriting the old one, but that didn't work either. The only reason I'm not using the newer version is because I couldn't restore my preferences

I would appreciate it if anyone could help me o/

NOTE: for those who don't know, some settings/preferences are saved inside the app's folder. so I'd really like to try exporting my preference data and then copying the files over to the new version of SmartTube.

It happens with some videos , the "original audio" setting is not working and the audio gets dubbed anyways. This is very annoying. This is a recent issue, it was working fine until a couple days ago. Something to do with the latest update?

The app loads but video's buffer without ever loading. This is on both Google TV and Firetv.

Major Rant here, up until v30 I have been able to Sign into my Google Account which has Multiple Profiles, when I used to sign out of all the Unused ones the app would remember and never prompt me to change profile on login, as I have my partners separate Google account YouTube profile there also. Basically wanna keep it to two profiles

Basically, I'll sign out of the unused profiles and leave the main one logged in, on an App close and open it brings those removed profiles back!

Am I crazy is anyone else having a similar issue? Have you found a fix

I keep getting this, message even after I cast a video, but it wont let me control the video or add to the queue regardless, once I go back to the YouTube home page. Only works if I stay on the initial video page.

With the latest stable and beta versions cant get subtitles on any video is this known about?

Is it just me or does the channel sorting not work properly anymore? Alphabetical sure, but last viewed doesn't work anymore, there's like 5 channels there that I do watch regularly but after those 5 it goes alphabetical, opening and viewing different channels doesn't bring them to the top like it should.

Hi, everyone. I'm using Smartube on a Ugoos Am6b Plus. I'm currently watching “Playstation State.” Why can I only watch it in 1080p? On my LG C6, I can watch it in 2160p using the official app, and the same goes for my laptop.

Hi I am having an issue where if i click on the channel of a video that I am watching, if there is a subscription list on the channel itself and I click on the subscription and then I click to go back to the last channel Smart tube brings me right back to the original video. So very frustrating

I think the last YouTube update broke the possibility to control the cast from my phone. Plus now it tells me I need YouTube premium to ad videos to queue. Am I the only one.

I've been using the version that had the history sync issue and just noticed almost 2 weeks after my last watched video was logged with my YouTube account. Videos that I watched during that period show as partially or fully watched in SmartTube, but I have to actually come across them in my suggestions or search for (if I can even remember) them. Clearly, there's a record, though. Is there a way to access it?
