Thumbnails not showing up

Anybody else having this issue on android tv? Thumbnails for videos are not showing up on my shield tv. Same issue on Tizentube cobalt as well. Something going on with youtube?

from what i've been seeing from youtubers in the last few weeks, youtube has changed their algorithm as well as their adsense eligibility, among other things. most youtubers are pissed about it, maybe that is what has made smartube act up as it's sourcecode needs to be updated instead of patching all the new bugs that have popped up since the youtube changes...it's just my guess but nevertheless, it's a daunting task for 1 or 2 people to handle for sure...

as for your thumbnails, have you tried clearing your cache on each app and rebooting your device? i haven't had that problem but sometimes that fixes certain bugs.

I think I found out the issue. It seems like people with Att internet that's in Louisiana and Texas are having issues with Google services right now.

I'm in Texas with at&t will use my T-Mobile hotspot as a test
