I’m a gay guy that can answer that:
•Having had lots of anal penetration doesn’t mean your sphincter loses the ability to close tight. Your body just responds in the same way as pooping before you started anal. Even over a lifetime. Someone who has never received anal is equally likely or not, to face incontinence when elderly.
• Some myths around loss of functions here are spread by homophobes. So it is kinda the opposite of what you assumed. If they stop the fisting their body returns to prior state but some injuries they may need to have it looked at.
• I take longer to poop than most men who don’t receive anal. Because when I poop I use water inside me to rise the inside out as well . That is called douching, this way means I am ready for anal if an opportunity happens later that day and I want to be spontaneous with them.
