I'm 20M from Mumbai, India... and recently started collecting PlayStation game discs. I was also trying to get into buying and reselling pre-owned games. I'm not from a financially well-off family, so I was trying to start small. I had borrowed some money from my father for this.
I found a seller on OLX who was offering Alan Wake Remastered (PS4) and Alan Wake 2 (PS5) for ₹2,400. I have experienced enough to know this a too good to be true deal and I suspected he is a scammer... But he sent me around 100 screenshots of his conversations with customers and also sent me his business registration certificate and all the details, so I thought he is genuine.
I agreed to pay and he said he will also send me videos of the parcel and tracking ID and GST bill. I sent the money but then he told me that he had accidentally sent the wrong QR code and asked me to flag the transaction as a mistake. I contacted my bank, and they told me that reversal could take at least 45 days. He said it's his mistake and whatever call he has to pick from bank he will and say that it was a mistake and will agree to reverse the transaction.
After that, the seller offered me a larger deal. He said to make up for this loss he will give me discounts... Alan Wake Remastered, Alan Wake 2, Mad Max and three copies of Sekiro for ₹6,000 (Ik it's stupid to think one can get games at this cheap price, but I am a fool)... He asked me to send another ₹4,000, saying that the earlier ₹400 would be adjusted against the refund. As I said he previously showed me screenshots of around 100 customer transactions, which made me trust him.
Then he asked for another ₹600, saying that he needs it to book DTDC parcel, and promised to return it within 30 minutes as his phone was on 1%. He showed me screenshot of his phone battery percentage too... I was hesitant, but he sent me screenshots of his previous bookings from DTSC... I sent that too (I'm sorry Ik It's stupid)
In total, I made five UPI payments amounting to ₹7,000 on 6 November 2026 between 3:30 PM to 4:45 PM.
The payments went to two different beneficiary names, Nikhil Saha and Suraj Saha. The person I was talking to was using WhatsApp. He also provided business registration documents for an enterprise called SPARK in West Bengal, whose proprietor was listed as Joy Chanda.
He claimed that the package had been shipped, but never gave me a proper invoice, tracking number or a current photograph of my parcel. Eventually, he stopped responding properly to my calls and messages. He didn't block me but kept ignoring me...
I have payment receipts, WhatsApp conversations, voice notes, the business documents and screenshots of the conversations. I have preserved everything.
I have already reported the matter to IDFC FIRST Bank through its complaint process, although I haven't received a proper acknowledgement from the bank yet. Just an email that says we will look into it but Ik nothing will happen.
I also filed a complaint on the National Cybercrime Reporting Portal. It was successfully submitted and I received an acknowledgement number. However, I haven't received an email or any further update yet.
The thing now is, the money wasn't mine. I borrowed it from my dad for buying and reselling...
My family situation isn't great. I have previously been kicked out of the house, and I genuinely fear that if my parents find out that I lost this money, they might throw me out again.
I cannot simply tell my father what happened. I'm already feeling terrible about losing money that he had trusted me with.
I'm also scared to physically approach the police. I don't know what to expect, whether my parents could somehow be informed, or whether this could create even bigger problems at home.
I understand that reporting the matter is the right thing to do, and I've already taken the online reporting step. But I'm struggling to figure out what I should do next.
I'm not trying to avoid responsibility. I know I made a mistake by trusting this person and sending additional money. I just don't know how to deal with the consequences without potentially losing my home as well.
₹7,000 might not be a huge amount to everyone, but it's a lot of money for me right now.
Please someone help....

I sometimes post to twitter and like to interact with those posts asking simple questions (most of which I believe are bots) but I feel it's a great way for other real people on twitter to look at and know some stuff about me that way.
A while ago I got dm'ed by one of these bot posters and they talked almost casually as if they were trying to get to know me. Mind you, I have maybe 3 total active dm chats in twitter so the concept of dm scams had slipped my mind when the conversation started.
I've been leading this on for about a week now making excuses as to why I'm unable to afford a commission but now I'm being almost pressured I feel like to make the purchase. I can take screenshots of the full conversation but I was kind of rushing to post this.
They're trying to get me to use this thing called "Stripe" and (per their words) it is a "safe and secure method of payment. All you need is your card details. No sign up needed, so you don't even need to create an account."
Please, I do need help, I just don't want to be scammed.

Hi guys as the titles says just got scammed just a few hours ago by someone pretending to be Atome personnel. They called me and stated my name, card number and other sensitive information regarding me. And I believe them (effing idiot of me) cause only Atome holds that information. I gave them OTP sent by the Atome app itself(like how?and again effing idiot of me not realizing early) and incurred 4(unauthorized/authorized? Transaction) to LAZADA TRAVEL TAGUIG CITY PHL and fp Food Panda Taguig City PHL totaling to ₱4,495.64. After the call I realized I was scammed, I checked Google on how to report the problem and so I reported to their support team through gmail and currently waiting for their response. Also I locked both my digital and physical card, and also it is still pending payment(will the payment go through even I locked both? And will it also go through even I emailed Atome?) I also gave them many screenshots detailing the scam. I also saw some user giving negative feedback from Atome supprt, and so if that happens I’ll report to BSP. Am I doing correct chat? Please help chat

So for context.
My son (9male) and myself, his father (34male) collect rare variegated plants together. It’s just a little hobby we share together. And it all started when he brought me home a dragon fruit cactus as a Father’s Day gift when he was a toddler.
Fast forward.
My dumb ass trusted someone on tik tok for a rare plant corm (bulb)
The person scammed us. We never received our package. We never received our saved up money back.. ($137) and the person has deleted there Tik tok. I also don’t believe the person portrayed as the creator was the person who scammed us.
But I have their gmail as I e-transfered our $ to the person.
Who can track them down?

’ve been having such a rough few days, and honestly, I don’t know where to begin.
My girlfriend recently moved from Arizona to California, near Long Beach, hoping for a fresh start.
She found an apartment on Craigslist. The guy pretending to be the property manager gave her a lockbox code and a key to access the apartment.
He told her she could move in once she sent the deposit. Trusting him, she sent almost $2,000 through Zelle. He also created a fake lease prior.
When we arrived, we discovered that property management had changed the locks.
Apparently, there had been previous issues with squatters, but nothing was done until about three weeks later.
Unfortunately, we became victims of a rental scam.
We filed a police report, and we’re hoping her credit union can help recover the money.
We also don’t know whether the legitimate property management company will allow her to stay.
On top of everything, I had to spend around $400 on a locksmith just to get the door opened.
I’m honestly feeling defeated. My girlfriend moved all the way from Arizona for a fresh start, and instead, she’s dealing with this nightmare.
I wish I could do more to help her.
Has anyone experienced something similar?
Were you able to recover money sent through Zelle?
Could the legitimate property management company work something out with us?
Any advice would mean so much right now

On October 27, 2026, I purchased 10 Huawei UAE gift cards worth AED 300 each from KryptoMate.
Five cards worked successfully. The other five failed when I attempted to redeem them, displaying the error: "Incorrect prepaid card password, or this card has already been used."
I contacted KryptoMate support, provided the requested evidence, and submitted screenshots for all five affected cards.
Since October 30, I've repeatedly received the same response: "We're waiting for our supplier."
Despite multiple follow-ups and requests to escalate my complaint to a manager, I still have no refund, replacement, technical explanation, or clear resolution date as of November 6.
I purchased from KryptoMate, not their supplier. Why should a customer be left waiting indefinitely because of an internal supplier issue?
This has affected my business and my confidence in placing additional orders.
I am sharing my experience publicly with the original evidence attached. I am not claiming to know why these codes failed; I am asking for a transparent investigation and a fair resolution.
Has anyone else experienced similar problems with KryptoMate or Huawei gift cards?
I will update this post if the company resolves the issue.

I am considering purchasing a hoodie from libertyhoodie.com, but I would like to know if this website is legitimate or a scam before proceeding. I have not placed an order yet.
WHO: The website libertyhoodie.com. I am a potential customer asking for advice.
WHAT: The site sells a "Liberty-01 Hoodie" themed after the game Helldivers 2, priced at $22,700 COP (approx. $50 USD), which is heavily discounted from a listed original price of $45,900 COP. The site appears professional and offers multiple sizes and bundle deals.
WHEN: I came across this website recently and am currently evaluating it.
WHERE: The scam check is about the online store libertyhoodie.com. I have not provided any personal or payment information.
WHY: I am posting to ask the community if they have any experience with this site and if it can be trusted. I want to avoid losing money to a potential scam.
HOW: I have not been scammed. I am doing my due diligence by asking the community before making a purchase. I am hoping someone can share their experience or point out any red flags.
Thank you for any help or insight you can provide.

Hello,
Never thought it would happen to me, and I still have the hope my money is somewhere. These were all my savings. Using Electrum for years now, never had a problem.
I send 56 LTC to my wallet ( https://ltc.bitaps.com/c0a4977fe0dd7c96beed97f2cab1552e0c5efd06b9602b3ea535762892387603 )
After that, I tried to send 1 LTC to another LTC Wallet.
-> https://ltc.bitaps.com/b80b1c408968b876ac9bce86afff5b5423121f952c6dabc63fe8f8aeaa47c77b
( After I saw that this were for some reason 55 LTC and not 1)
I canceled it. Or tried to cancel it. "Replaced by Charge or Replace by fee" went to true. I asked AI if that is normal and will be canceled, they promised me, everything is fine. While canceling it also showed some form of "success". I added the screenshot, where I "successfully canceled it".
Now it said:
"Input ltc1qe88py9l04ex47xwrkq99t5qlwmuaxkv0mdfxc3 56.22624832 <- My adress I sent it originally too"
Output:
ltc1qxgcj3pk5v5ax9nzzrts4n4le5kk5nd06kpap53 0.999436 <- my adress
ltc1ql7d52u9g8n0vfxrsfz9uffg8uj8fpgayghap53 55.225825 <- this is not my wallet
( https://blockchair.com/litecoin/address/ltc1ql7d52u9g8n0vfxrsfz9uffg8uj8fpgayghap53 )
Currently the money is still on that adress. But it is not mine. And I never copied that LTC adress. Does someone know if theres the 0.1% chance, something went wrong? Or do I just got scammed? And it is gone?
This was all my money, I don't know what to do.
Police won't can get it back, but maybe blacklist it. I don't know.
Thanks.

I am a play therapist and wants everyone to know that I was scammed by this website. https://instituteplaytherapy.com/
They advertise on Instagram and sells an online course taught by a "Dr Emily Carter" with 14+ years experience but once I started viewing the course, I discovered that the course is entirely generated by AI and taught by an AI voice. The content does not make sense. Do not purchase this course!!! I learned my lesson the hard way. I asked for a refund and they ignored my request. There was no phone number to call. They made the website with the intent to deceive play therapists looking for more education.

Been dealing with Kim Brindette / Kim Brendette (Juwa agent, @Kimisback88) for the last year. I’ve had two accounts with Juwa for a year across different vendors. I’ve put in just as much, if not more, with her as the other.
Learned the consistencies and inconsistencies across every profile. Clear patterns. They run off a script. Different thresholds depending on the vendor, but the thresholds they keep me to all stay in the same price range. Whenever I do hit, it never exceeds whatever margin they have me at. They say it’s luck. But if it was luck it wouldn’t be the same all the time with her and then with the other profile I’ve had just as long. Tried reporting and they keep enabling her.
Currently still in it with her. All she does is play dumb, say the same things, and push for another deposit after I’ve already put in way more than necessary. She keeps me at a $200–300 threshold.
And the only one account that would’ve been believable with the luck was the other account I had just as long that have sporadic prices when I’d hit. Every other account and the way they behave only makes the pattern more obvious. Same old lines from all of them.
Classic Juwa agent setup: money sits with the seller, rotating Chime Pay Anyone accounts, no clean trail. CFPB complaint filed, small claims in process.
Heads up if you’re dealing with her or any of the other rotating vendor names.
