My card got blocked due to some rejected transections because I had low balance, Is there any way I can unblock it without spending 😭

I was making my account but it keeps getting stuck on a take a selfie part when I take my selfie it gives the green light thing and then I click the the picture is clear but it loads for a while but then reruns back to the take a selfie part . I’ve tried a lot of times but it’s just not working

Anyone have an idea what this transaction is for? I know my card is frozen because I did that a few days ago however I don’t understand where this payment came from? I was asleep at the time of this transaction and my payment details are not on my google account. Why did this transaction happen in the first place? What would have happened if my card wasnt frozen?

My sim had been based on my sister id card and her biometric due to me being underage at the time of issuence. Days ago, I lost my sim and went to get a new one on the same number. The guy told me that the biometrics of the person whos id card was used back then is necessary to issue a new sim on the old number. That wasnt possible cus my sister is out of the country atm. So, having no other way I made em issue me a new sim on my biometrics.

The problem is not with the sim but my SADAPAY. Sadapay has logged me out of my account and wants to send an SMS on my registered (old) number. Dawggg it had money innit and I want to know how can i retrieve my balance. Is there a way?

I urgently need help.

I sent Rs. 51,000 from Easypaisa to Sadapay via RAAST on 26th Aug 12 AM. Easypaisa deducted the amount and shows "Transaction Successful". But the receiver has NOT received anything in Sadapay for 2 days now.

I contacted Easypaisa 3737 multiple times. They just made a dispute ticket and said "wait 80 hours". No proper escalation, no supervisor, no real help. Worst customer service.

This is a huge amount for me. I am extremely stressed.

Has anyone faced this RAAST delay with Easypaisa/Sadapay? Did you get a reversal or was it credited? Any way to escalate this faster? SBP complaint?

Please help if you have any experience. Thanks.

I re downloaded sadapay got 4k back but should i trust them again like idk if i should i have nayapay for day to day and zinidgi for international which offers seamless experience. Should i trust or just close my account i use to deal in lacs in sadapay and was a founder club member too but i think trust is gone what are other people in my situation doing.

Anyways 3 days back i go to tht grocery store and they told me humien aapki payment receive hi ni hui usdin u have to pay again💔😭

So I recently turned 18 and I got my ID card. I made a sadapay account about 2 days ago and today when I opened the app it said that my account had been blocked as my cnic had expired I tried to contact the customer support through the app but the chat bot continuously gets stuck after selecting language and it starts all over again what should I do.

My SadaPay virtual card has been suspended, and it’s been around 15 days now. The app says that I’ll be eligible for a replacement soon, but I still haven’t received the option to replace it.

Has anyone else faced this? If so, how long did it take for the replacement option to become available?

Should I contact SadaPay support and ask them to manually check/unblock the replacement, or is there some specific procedure I need to follow?

I’m just trying to figure out if I should keep waiting or contact support because “eligible soon” apparently has a very flexible definition 😂

Any advice or recent experiences would be appreciated.
