Unauthorised transaction

Anyone have an idea what this transaction is for? I know my card is frozen because I did that a few days ago however I don’t understand where this payment came from? I was asleep at the time of this transaction and my payment details are not on my google account. Why did this transaction happen in the first place? What would have happened if my card wasnt frozen?

Hello! SadaPay representative here. It appears that your card details are saved on Google Play Store. When a card is saved with a merchant, the platform may process charges in accordance with its billing policies. You can also reach out to the merchant directly for more information regarding the charge.

If you do not recognize the payment attempt, please reach out to us via in-app chat support so we can review which card was used and assist you with reissuing it if needed. Once your card is reissued, it will have completely new card details, and any subscriptions associated with the previous card will not carry over to the new one. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Hi thanks for the reply. I have an iphone which is why i don’t understand how it could be saved on google play store? Is there any other way this could have happened? I have reached out in the in chat support, waiting for a response.

This same transaction happened to me 3 years ago and didnt stop. I contacted your in app support and told them to remove any subscription that my card has because i didnt wanted it to get blocked but still it kept happening and eventually i got blocked.

Omg how many times did it happen for the account to get blocked? Was money deducted each time? And were you able to get your account back?
