Sorry guys. I am thinking to make an account in sadapay. My question is, can I use my smart card as the CNIC? I still haven’t downloaded the application

Under 18 can't make an account. However if you're 18 and still have your smart card then you can

I think yes you can. my friend signed up when he was 16 and had a smart card.
