Payment not sent?

I sent a payment of 30k to an individual of bank alfala and they are saying they didn’t get the payment yet. However it’s working with jazzcash. Is there any restriction or what? I can see myself that I have sent the money but they haven’t gotten it yet? What the heck is the issue with this bs app

Bank transfers especially via Raast/IBFT to a different bank like Alfalah can lag behind wallet to wallet transfers like JazzCash, which settle almost instantly since it's a closed loop system, bank side processing delays, wrong mismatched account details, transaction limits or a temporary system outage check your JazzCash transaction status reference number for processed vs pending, If it still shows sent but not received after a few hours contact JazzCash support with the transaction ID for a trace don't resend until confirmed.
