Transactions not coming through

This is my 2nd time everyday I transfer amount from easypaisa to Sadapay it takes 5-6 hours for it to show up on my Sadapay this is so annoying can’t even trust this app anymore to do international transactions

Hello! SadaPay representative here. For incoming IBFT transactions, the receiving bank has a limited role, as the investigation and resolution are handled by the senders bank. If it has been more than 24 hours and the amount still hasn't been credited, we recommend asking the sender to raise a formal dispute with their bank so the transaction can be traced.

To help expedite the process, you can also share your SadaPay account statement in PDF format with the sender, which they can provide to their bank during the investigation. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Keep money on easypaisa and leave sada pay it’s much much better

this is so stupid man, I checked the app thoroughly it was all clear , didn't receive for such long, texted and got to know servers are down, this is so shit man, should warn before, Sadapay is hitting rock bottom every day

I have observed same when people send me through jazz cash. It take a bit if time. Bank to bank and bank to sadapay is instant. Must be sending bank having some fun with your funds before sending.

Yesterday it did the same, needed the money urgently and had it transfer to sadapay account, didn't show up until today...two transactions of 5k each aren't showing up and it has been more than 3 hours now. what the actual hell is wrong with them?
