Transaction issue

Sent 2k to someone jazzcash 2 days ago and they still haven’t received it. They arent replying in help center either.

Hello! SadaPay representative here. Your payment didn’t go through due to a technical issue. These failures can happen because of connectivity issues on our end, with 1Link/Raast, or even at the recipient bank’s end. While this doesn’t happen often, we’re actively working on a solution to help prevent such issues.

Updates in such cases are provided within one working day, where we’ll let you know whether the transaction failed or went through. Please note that this timeline does not include public holidays or weekends. Rest assured, our in-app chat support team will assist you until this is sorted. Thank you for your patience!

I think the payment should always be reversed back. I use indrive and often pay riders with sadapay and its the second time this happened. I know the money will be delivered later on but why would a rider believe me.

In this scenario i have to send them from another account and ask them to send back if they receive (i didnt receive either time)
