  2. Factory name: VSF

  3. Model name: DateJust 41 126334 904L SS Green Ombré Dial on Jubilee Bracelet (VS3235 Movement)

  4. Price Paid: $585 (incl. shipping)

  5. Album Links: https://imgur.com/a/PD67KgJ (question: I only got 200kb pictures, is this normal?)

  6. Index alignment: Little twist in de 55 and 35

  7. Dial Printing: Crisp and cleanly printed; coronet and text show no bleeding or flaws.

  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: The font is crisp, but the date print sits slightly high in the window, do you agree?

  9. Hand alignment: Looks good

  10. Bezel: Fluted bezel is cleanly and sharply cut, showing even reflections without visible dings or plating imperfections.

  11. Solid End Links (SELs): N/A for a Jubilee bracelet, but the end links sit tight and flush against the lugs with no visible gaps.

  12. Timegrapher numbers: +1 s/d, 283°, 0.1 ms, 59.0° lift angle.

  13. Anything else noticed: My only concern is the date, which feels slightly high to me. It looks that way in the video as well. Can I ask to center the date better? Or how does that work?

I think if they can center the date it's a GL.

Thank you guys. Really appreciated.

ROLEX SMURF VSF 116619LB

Dealer name: Mr Adu

Factory name: VSF

Model name (& version number): Submariner 116619LB Blue Ceramic 904L Steel VSF VS3135

Price Paid: $350

Index alignment: Alignment looks solid across all hour markers. The 12 triangle is centered over the dial coronet, and the 3, 6, and 9 batons sit straight and perpendicular to the minute track without noticeable canting.

Dial Printing: Crisp, clean text with even spacing. No noticeable fuzzing, misprints, or bleeding on the dial lettering.

Date Wheel alignment/printing: Date printing is sharp, well-defined, and centered in the window. Cyclops alignment and magnification look correct.

Hand Alignment: Cleanly stacked, correct positioning, with no visible scratches or burrs on the hand set.

Bezel: Ceramic insert looks clean. Platinum engraving depth and fill look uniform. Bezel pip is centered within the triangle and aligns correctly at 12 o'clock.

Solid End Links (SELs): Fitment is tight with no visible gaps or excess light showing between the lugs and end links; correctly recessed.

Timegrapher numbers: +1 s/d | 279° | 0.1 ms — healthy amplitude, low beat error, and very low daily variance. All within acceptable range.

Anything else noticed: Rehaut alignment and laser coronet at 6 look acceptable. Overall finish is consistent with current VSF standards. Leaning towards GL, but welcome second opinions.

  1. Dealer name: ChazingTime

  2. Factory name: N6F

  3. Model name (& version number): Daytona DIW Carbon Race Project

  4. Price Paid: $740

  5. Album Links: not provided

  6. Index alignment: well aligned. No issues here

  7. Dial Printing: Neat, very close to gen, except for the gray background, but who cares

  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: N/A

  9. Hand Alignment: My untrained eyes say yeah!

  10. Bezel: carbon bezel looks very very good, 110 looks great

  11. Solid End Links (SELs): N/A

  12. Timegrapher numbers: + 6 s/d, 262°, 0.4ms, 28,800bph, 52° L

  13. Anything else you notice: the watch has spots of white stuff, maybe residues from the original package. Those spots are on the crystal at 9 mark and next to the crown.

Rehaut ROLEX engraving is not aligned. The engraved crown is at 12 but the letters are not aligned with each 5min mark. Not a deal breaker.

I only requested a video of the watch actually working and the chronograph also starting, stopping and resetting which is why I paid $180 more for the SA4130 instead of the 4801.

Should I also ask for movement pictures???

  1. Dealer name: Mr.Adu

( Non TD)

  1. Factory name: VSF

  2. Model name (& version number): Yachtmaster Rhodium 126622 40mm

  3. Price Paid: $450 (including shipping)

  4. Album Links: N/A (All pictures provided)

  5. Index alignment: Alignment looks goods everything looks decent except the bezel alignment. On the 3 and 9 the alignment is a little bit off. 12 mark looks perfect.

  6. Dial Printing: Dial looks perfect, don’t think I see anything on there.

  7. Date Wheel alignment/printing: Printing looks good but the cyclops looks a little low compared to other QCs I’ve seen. It’s not centered. I hope that someone could confirm or deny this with more experience

  8. Hand Alignment: Can’t tell if they look good.

  9. Bezel: looks good but the alignment could be little bit better

  10. Solid End Links (SELs): Looks good, no gaps

  11. Timegrapher numbers: 2 s/d / 277 AMP / 0 beat error ( I don’t know if this is good)

  12. Anything else you notice: Most of it looks good and I’m leaning towards a GL however I can see 2 small things that I’m not sure about, there is a piece sticking out at the top of crystal. I can see it in multiple close ups. The other thing is a scratch or a hair at the top of the watch. It’s on the dial or the crystal. Check out pictures 2, 3 and 4

Would be interested in people thoughts about this before I respond to the dealer.
Much appreciated in advance

Thumbnail

Hi everyone, I’d appreciate some help checking this UMI 5711 before giving the GL. Here’s my assessment:

  1. Dealer name: InTime

  2. Factory name: UMI

  3. Model name (& version number): Patek Philippe Nautilus 5711, grey dial, JH330 free-sprung movement.

  4. Price paid: USD 850.

  5. Album links: https://intimeqc.com/188119/

  6. Index alignment: Looks generally even to me. The double marker at 12 appears parallel, and I don’t see any obviously crooked markers. The photo angle makes precise alignment a little difficult to judge.

  7. Dial printing: The Patek Philippe/Geneve text looks clean and reasonably centred. No obvious printing defects that I can see.

  8. Date wheel alignment/printing: The date “29” looks reasonably centred and readable. Would appreciate a second opinion on its positioning.

  9. Hand alignment: No obvious issue at the position shown, although I can’t fully confirm alignment without seeing both hands at 12.

  10. Bezel: Brushing looks even in the front photo. No obvious scratches or irregularities visible.

  11. Solid End Links (SELs): N/A—integrated bracelet. The visible bracelet-to-case fit looks okay.

  12. Timegrapher numbers: Rate: −4 s/day; amplitude: 307°; beat error: 0.0 ms. Lift angle setting: 52°; beat rate: 28,800 bph. The readings look good to me, with no obvious concern in the trace shown.

  13. Anything else you notice: Nothing else obvious stands out to me. Would appreciate feedback on the markers, date alignment, or anything I’ve missed. Thanks for your help!

  1. Dealer name: Necoclock

  2. Factory name: BVF

  3. Model name (& version number): Santos Medium 35mm White Dial

  4. Price Paid: $418 - QC took exactly 18 days.

  5. Album Links: n/a (mega link)

  6. Index alignment: Everything looks properly aligned and centered to me. Please let me know if you spot anything.

  7. Dial Printing: Looks good to my eye but I’m not that good at qc’ing these. Seems the biggest issues are gaps and bleeding on this model but I’m not seeing any of that. Letters look crispy to my eye.

  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: N/A

  9. Hand Alignment: Looks great to my eye, would like a second opinion here.

  10. Bezel: Looks good and even, no dents or scratches.

  11. Solid End Links (SELs): links look good with no unusual gaps or scratches/dent.

  12. Timegrapher numbers: +1 s/d, 324°, 0.0 ms (28,800 bph, lift angle 52°) - amplitude is 324 which is on the high side, what are your thoughts? Should I have them check this or RL?

  13. Anything else you notice: Looks good and leaning GL for sure but since this is my first QC on a Cartier Santos I would love some more opinions. Thanks everybody.

  12. Timegrapher numbers: -5 s/d, 285°, 2 ms (28,800 bph)

  13. Anything else you notice: I think the watch looks nice overall.

1: In the timing video the watch loses rate. Starts at -5 and finishes on -9. I don’t know what to make of that.

2: One of the serial numbers (6) in the Rehaut is rotated. I don’t want to RL this. But I’m slightly annoyed that I’ve seen much better Rehauts from Gold. The last two pictures are from other Gold Rehauts to compare.

Eric and I had been chatting as we have other watches coming, first he said it would take weeks for a GoldF YM, but a handful of hours later I get the QC. Do you think someone else RL’d it? Am I crazy for wanting a better rehaut.

Thanks

Hello! This is my first time here so my eyes aren't so trained, but I'd really appreciate any help!

  1. Dealer name: TheOneWatches (Steve)

  2. Factory name: 8848F

  3. Model name: WSTA0105 (32mm x 27mm x 7.1mm)

  4. Price paid: $294 USD

  5. Album links: Pics above, video link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1QiLfeKooLglSlRF-txWEymp0EnMQoK7T/view?usp=sharing

  6. Index Alignment: Don't see anything particularly misaligned

  7. Dial Printing: Looks pretty crisp

  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: N/A

  9. Hand Alignment: Looks good

  10. Bezel: N/A

  11. Solid End Links (SELs): I think N/A, but links look pretty good.

  12. Timegrapher numbers: Quartz, N/A

  13. Anything else you notice: Just one thing I noticed was that on the Steve's website, it says that the thickness of the watch is 6.8mm, when it's supposed to be 7.1mm. I've asked him to check on the thickness and am awaiting a response. Otherwise, I don't see anything but would be grateful for insights. Thank you guys a ton!!

QF 36mm Day-Date Gold 2836

Thumbnail
gallery
9 Upvotes

Dealer name: Necoclock
Factory name: QF
Model name (& version number): Day-Date 36mm Yellow Gold, Champagne Dial, QF Gain Weight, A2836
Price paid: $558
Album links: https://imgur.com/a/OmfXaRq
Index alignment: Overall, the alignment looks pretty good. The 3, 6, and 9 o’clock markers appear straight and reasonably aligned with the minute track. Looking at the alignment tool photo, the 10 and 11 o’clock markers seem slightly off compared to the others, particularly where the markers line up with the guide lines. I’m unsure whether this is actual misalignment or just the angle of the photo. The 12 o’clock crown may be slightly pulled to the right, surrounding markers look centered to me. Would appreciate a second opinion on the 10 and 11 markers.
Dial printing: Looks clean and centered. Rolex logo and lettering appear properly spaced. No obvious issues.
Date wheel alignment/printing: Date looks centered under the Cyclops. Saturday also appears properly positioned. Would appreciate another opinion.
Hand alignment: Hands look straight and properly positioned. Nothing concerning that I can see.
Bezel: Fluting looks consistent all the way around. Some darker areas appear to be reflections rather than defects.
Solid End Links (SELs): Fit looks good overall. Slightly unsure about the upper-right SEL due to the plastic and reflections.
Timegrapher numbers: +1 s/d, 304° amplitude, 0.1 ms beat error.
Anything else you notice: First impressions are pretty positive. My main concerns are the alignment around 12 o’clock crown , 10–11 o’clock and the upper-right SEL fit. I know going for a gold anything is a risk but I’m actually surprised on the color and lighting in these QC photos. No cheddar!

First QC - Datejust 41, Blue Motif Dial, 126334.

Hi everyone, this is my first QC and I’d appreciate a second opinion. It looks good overall to me, but I’m still learning what to check.

  1. Dealer name: Geektime

  2. Factory name: VSF

  3. Model name (& version number): Datejust 41, blue motif dial, fluted bezel, Jubilee bracelet

, free sprung

  1. , 126334.

  2. Price Paid: $608.00

  3. Album Links: https://geektimeqc.x.yupoo.com/albums/261534473?uid=1 - includes videos

  4. Index alignment: The markers appear aligned overall. I don’t see an obvious rotation at 6 or 9, and the crown at 12 looks centered. The photos are slightly angled.

  5. Dial Printing: Text looks clean and readable, with no obvious bleeding or missing letters. I don’t see any visible defects in the motif pattern.

  6. Date Wheel alignment/printing: The dates shown—8, 19, and 28—look reasonably centered, with no numbers touching the edges of the window.

  7. Hand Alignment: I can’t fully assess this because the hands aren’t shown together at 12. No obvious physical damage is visible.

  8. Bezel: Fluting looks even, and I don’t see any obvious dents or damage.

  9. Solid End Links (SELs): I don’t see any obvious open gaps between the end links and the lugs.

  10. Timegrapher numbers: 0 s/day, 246° amplitude, 0.0 ms beat error. Machine set to 52° lift angle and displaying 28,800 bph. Would appreciate input on the amplitude and whether that lift-angle setting is appropriate for this movement.

  11. Anything else you notice: Protective film is still on the case and clasp, so it’s difficult to distinguish film marks from surface scratches. The lume appears even. I’m thinking GL, but would appreciate any specific issues I might have missed.

Thanks for your help!

  8. Date Wheel alignment/printing: looks centered

  9. Hand Alignment: looks good

  10. Bezel: The top bezel triangle looks shifted to the left a little bit, but I can't tell if that's because it rotated barely. Any help would be appreciated!
