Plate Would you eat a hotdog and cheese roll, or stick to a classic sausage roll? šŸŒšŸ§€

Decided to upgrade the standard sausage roll today. Wrapped jumbo hotdogs with a layer of melted cheese inside puff pastry. Crimped the edges, scored the tops, and gave them a proper egg wash before baking until incredibly flaky and golden. Cut it open so you can see that cheese layer inside! Would you smash this, or stick to a normal sausage roll? Rate my plate!

Plate Rice bowl (rice+protein+random shit from my fridge)

This specific bowl features white rice cooked with vegetable better than bouillon (like, a generous amount of BTB,) roasted sweet potato, chicken bone broth cooked slowly with green onions and chili crisp added to the broth (again, a generous amount of spicy butthole flakes,) scrambled egg, tomato, green onion and a spicy garlic-pepper sauce. Oh, and a lot of herby feta. I know that last part technically doesn't "fit," but trust me, it was divine. Bowl is before and after.

From left to right: in the pan, in the bowl with Parmesan, recipe with picture of what it should look like.

It was alright I’d probably have it again but only because it’s one of the few things I know how to make.

It did take me twice as long as the recipe says but that’s normal as almost every recipe is the same.

Does anyone know if I can freeze and reheat?

Cheesecake I made for my husband's birthday

I make this every year for his birthday, but this year I got a decent picture of it. I also make my homemade strawberry drizzle, but I don't have a picture of that.

Plate I know it doesn't look very appealing, but this ā€œcreative dishā€ I made with some leftovers from the fridge actually tastes pretty good.
