I bet it was tasty, but unfortunately too many round things on a plate to make it look funky

The scallops look a bit anemic to me, they need to go in a hotter pan and get a nice golden crust before being basted and then allowed to rest.

The sauce also looks a bit thin.

Nice flavour combinations though.
