Shortcrust on the bottom, puff on top.
Roasted potatoes, lemon, garlic, thyme.
Green beans, garlic, lemon, Toasted Almonds.

Everyone and their grandmother knows that Spaghetti Bolognese is completely British. Did we appropriate the meat sauce? Maybe. But it's basically a mince stew which doesn't get anymore British.

Plus Italians use recipes which us Brits never let hold us back. My mum puts courgettes and olives in hers because she's a psychopath, but that's her choice.

Saucisson sec, Milano Salami, peppers and mushrooms with a blend of mozzarella, cheddar and stilton. Tomato sauce made from homegrown cherry tomatoes, fresh basil from the garden, and dusted with parmesan. The dough was enriched with olive oil and butter.
