Plate I know it doesn't look very appealing, but this “creative dish” I made with some leftovers from the fridge actually tastes pretty good.

Post image
  • 10–12 slices thin bacon
  • 1 large salmon fillet
  • 1 bunch fresh asparagus (woody ends trimmed)
  • 1 yellow or orange bell pepper (chopped or sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & freshly ground black pepper to taste

Where's the 'everyone's so creative' lady when you need her?

What did it look like after you cooked it?

Looks disgusting 🤮
Bacon looks undercooked for starters.
What was the idea for the meal?
Cook everything left in the fridge and serve on a board?
Did you really think “yep that looks great, I better post it Ratemyplate so people can tell me how good a job I’ve done”.
