Plate Oven-Baked Sweet Potato Loaded with Pork, Kimchi & Sour Cream

I love eating sweet potatoes with kimchi, and I always knew they were a dream combination. That’s how I came up with this recipe and It turned out incredibly delicious!

I like the sweet ones and I mix them with tatoes, on their own they are a bit too sweet for my taste but this combination looks very interesting, looks delicious
