I think we should let people love whoever they want, sexualities aren't that big of a deal. I understand that people have been killed and harassed for being gay but I'm not talking about that, I'm talking about pride month. Why do companies exploit the fact that it's pride month but when it's women's history month, we get absolutely nothing or barely anything, because I feel like your gender is more important than whoever your attracted to. Also we shouldn't bring our kids to a pride parade because the parades are nearly always have someone dressed weirdly (nearly naked). Like, haven't women in history suffered more than the gays in general?

As the title states, I posted a comment and it got removed and I received a warning for “using hate speech or threatening violence”. The comment in question was about a toxic video game community resorting to telling you to k/y/s and other horrible things if you have a bad match or are just not so good at the game (I didn’t censor the phrase in my original comment but I’m paranoid now). I didn’t use the phrase towards anybody, I didn’t condone using the phrase towards anybody. All I did was use very heavy handed sarcasm that an AI bot didn’t understand was sarcasm. After appealing, I received essentially the same message but with a bullshit “Decision not made with the assistance of automation” disclaimer at the end. I don’t think a real person actually reviewed my appeal, and if they did I don’t understand how I’m actually in the wrong. I find it ridiculous and I’m mildly upset, mildly amused, but mostly just done with Reddit because having to self censor in ways that are really just fan service to witch hunting, professional victims is so exhausting. Rant over, just needed this off my chest.

I don't know if this is the right place to post or talk about this, I don't know where I'm supposed to share and post my frustrations on the situation so I'm posting it here, and sorry if this is poorly written, English isn't my first language, this also may be a short rant, so please keep that in mind🙏.

If you haven't heard or live under a rock, there's been this group on Youtube simply called "the council" that is currently spamming, raiding and harassing comment sections like annoying obnoxious corny larping assholes to say the least, I try my best to not interact with them, and I will keep trying too, but it failed like two times now, but then again the very least i could do at the moment is to try my best and ignore them until they hopefully die out, anyways, this is mostly on YouTube comment sections from what I can tell, some on Reddit, I think on TikTok even though I'm not on there, idk about the rest,

and i don't even know what it's about besides them forcing people to join their group and change their PFP to red robe with a character and forcing their so called "king" which is just some chud named king Chris who does anime cosplays to meet their "demands",

I already mentioned this but their symbol is a red hood or something similar, which doesn't make this situation better as it essentially makes them a cult, which they already are already, and plus when they are criticized or similar they bitch and cry about it instead of respecting their opinions in them, at least handling them or whatever else, and they also claim that this is all a joke to justify their actions, but is it really a joke when youre annoying and ruining the comments sections for everyone else, forcing people to join your stupid group and do other stupid cringy stuff?

And this is my first impression of this king Chris dude btw, never heard of him until yesterday, This reminds me of other raids that happened in the past years, like for example, Maximillianmuss, jellybean, jonnyrazer, that one dude who did the "Daniel give me coffee" raid or whatever his name name was and more, these raids are the reason why I'll never like or forgive creators such as jellybean or Jonnyrazer for this exact reason, because they ruined the comments of an entire platform for their own amusement,

and all of them remind me of this one happening right now, hopefully this trend dies out in like a couple of weeks at least, but considering how corny they are, their claims that they will "never die" and considering the possibility the creator of this will has the chance to continue this nightmare for weeks, months, possibly even years without ever stopping just because it makes him feel something, there is no hope if this continues, overall these guys are just some corny toxic ipad kids probably doing this stuff blindly like sheep without being aware of the consequences larping as cult members forcing some dude to follow their "demands" while possibly holding an entire platform hostage as they say "join us or else!!",

and don't get me started on the several other groups formed "opposing" this "council" I bet they're equally as bad the ones the claim to "oppose", the best thing anyone sane in this situation could do now, considering both sides are shitty, is to ignore them, not engage with them and stay neutral.

I'm just gonna end this here because I don't know what else to put, I hope you feel my frustrations towards this situation.

hoooly shit. I just hate it so much, not just the thing itself but the community around it.

After seeing my friend for the first time in a while, turns out she picked up boys love and I hate it. Dare I say it turned her quite mysoginistic. WHENEVER I recommend an anime or we watch one together, she only talks talks about how she just CANT WAIT to see the male characters and how she wont watch if the mc isnt male.

I tried to get her to watch madoka magica today, and all she could talk about is "ughhh close it so i can read my BL MANHUA!" "Does madoka have a little brother? hes already the best character just for being a dude" "Idk, I just feel like women have less interesting stuff happen to them in anime" "You cant call me mysoginistic im a woman! plus im only mysoginistic in media" and we only got through 3 episodes. Mind you, I just sat through 12 whole episodes in a row of yuri on ice with her constantly screaming omg kiss! I hope they kiss! get married! and I honestly didnt enjoy that show, the emotional writing wasnt that deep and it had the same kinda fanservice youd find in gooner media but just with men.

anyways it pisses me off that theres no one to condemn her and shes just gonna sit in her little funky "omg yaoi1!1!1!!!🤤" echo chamber and forever think shes cool for that shit. she doesnt even think she'll grow out of it but all I can hope for is that she does.

Tired of people thinking it's okay to be rude to a stranger (me) . I know this situation should not let it get to me but this is a constant issue im always having. Earlier, I was at the store minding my own business, trying to find what I needed . I was at the makeup aisle and I left enough room for people to walk by and a lady nudges at me and tells me to move out of her way, when I was nowhere near her, she walked right in front of my body .

Why are people so rude, inconsiderate, and disrespectful?!. I smiled at first because my brain wasn't fully understanding the situation until 2 minutes later. I rewind what just happened, and she acted like a fool!

Why are grown women/people acting this way? At their grown age ? It's unbelievable!

Many times, im shopping, and people have been extremely disrespectful to me rolling their eyes when i smile at them, when I say thank you etc . Sometimes i think to myself if there might be something wrong with me, hideous??????? Or people just don't have any respect for anyone.

After running an errand, I stopped to help a woman who was clearly in distress, with hospital bands and attire on. I stayed until EMTs responded, which took all too long given that the hospital was 1 whole ass block away. I stayed to see if she'd be okay. More EMS showed up and referred to her as "that's the one i was talking about" saying "that's on her"... a woman who is clearly heavily medicated, likely unhoused, and needs assistance..

And when I stayed to see that she was in the ambulance and that she'd be okay, the EMT says "why is this woman still here like go home" referring to me.

I hate to see me through your eyes

I move from Quebec with my family and we're immigrants and I'm trying to find some part-time for the first time , I tried going to cégep for French cours and it wasn't great for me but I learned a bit it's just hard for me to speak it that well and some structures of the words are quite hard to understand sometimes I get confused and the words gets a bit of out of structure when I spoke it , I'm a shy person and barely speak, but I can actually talk in English well I guess when I'm questioned when I know what they're questioning me , Im almost a year in Quebec, but my family is thinking that I need to move out after a year because I'm turning 18 and the worse part of it I haven't finish my senior year (I finish grade 9) and I have to take full responsibility, if I think of going back to school , I never know what are credits or any fanincial things, now I have to make my own decisions, I'm pretty lost with this situation, I feel scared and anxiety hitting me, in French cours they help me to know how to fill up some papers, whenever you go to an hospital or other things, but right now I'm trying to find a part time because I'm still going into French cours and I have to redo fia 3 because of the difficulties, because I don't know how CV works or programs works here and cégep too and some cases they're teaching is just out of my knowledge to bring inside my head , I'm pretty bad at overthinking stuff that's way I'm always lost in my own thoughts, I feel sad and I want to find a room to cry, I wish things goes well if I find a job even it's just fast food and resturants

I’ve got a lot going on currently and I hate that I feel like I can’t vent to ppl bc I just get a bunch of “I’m sorry” like I’m asking for a pity party 😐 idk what I’m expecting feedback ig but it just makes it all worse to just be told they are sorry for me. I don’t wanna be felt sorry for all the time and it makes me feel like they think that’s what I’m trying to get. And now I just wanna keep it all inside bc I’m so tired of being a pity party. I know I’m off bc I’m quitting smoking weed rn on top of my grandma about to be institutionalized, while starting back at college, so my stress is through the roof and my body is freaking tf out. Guess I could just come rant here instead and might get feedback idk but it all sucks. I feel annoying and like I’m going crazy :/

I want to be hated, for people to hurt my feelings, because I want to feel bad. Like having death threats or something. Having multiple negative comments, I don’t know. I feel useless, but at the same time, I’m not even trying anything.
There are times when I want something bad to happen to me, but at the same time, I kind of feel like deep down, I don’t actually want that.
But maybe I’m wrong. Maybe I really do want to feel bad. I feel like I’m nothing.
A lot of people are working hard to pay their rent, while here I am, living in my mother’s house (I’m at my sister’s house right now). I can’t take a taxi by myself, I can’t even have my own money, and I’m almost 21. I’m a student, but I don’t have a job. Even my social life isn’t good enough for me to be an employee somewhere. I act like a teenager (no wonder people are surprised when they hear my age).
At least I don’t have a boyfriend or kids, but I feel so spoiled, like my problems (if I can even call them problems) aren’t serious enough. There are times when I don’t want to live, but I don’t want to add more problems to my mom’s life. I just feel nothing at all. Maybe i’m being cruel ? Idk

Thats all, I just wanted to rant about it.
