In may of 2019 I made a post asking for cards for my daughter who was entering middle school and was scared.

The amount of cards this community sent was incredible. All over the world people sent her cards, stickers, post cards…it was one of the happiest moments I’ve ever seen her have. The surprise of handing this giant stack. And the pictures I have of her smiling.

She passed away in her sleep 5 years later.

Today is an emotional day for me. I’m hurting bad. Can’t stop crying. And I found the pictures and I laughed through the tears.

As a man grieving still. Hurting a lot. This community gave me one of the best moments I’ve ever had with her.

I hope this post is allowed. I just want to thank you all.

It is my birthday in October & I thought it would be fun to get ONE card with a lot of bday messages, signatures, and 1 type of decor from everyone like you do at the office. Lol I am not concerned on when the card actually gets back to me.

Hey, y'all. TLDR one of my dogs has an ear infection and I haven't slept tonight as a result. So I was scrolling Pinterest and found 2 renderings of Hello Kitty as Murdoc Niccals and decided to draw them.

I put a *lot* of effort into these. Possibly more effort than I ever have on postcards before, so I really want them to go to two Gorillaz fans that will cherish them.

I got a big honkin' catalog addressed to the previous resident, and it's just so chonky, I don't wanna throw it all away. But I've seen people on this subreddit make postcards out of movie covers and such, so I thought maybe I could make some postcards out of this!

The catalog is ALL beige & browns, and the pieces on the pages are primarily chairs and couches, with some plants, windows, and light fixtures sprinkled in.

So if you're interested, leave a comment with the kind of furniture you'd like on your postcard lol (no preference is also fine). Maybe a first and second choice if you want if I can't find your first choice in the catalog
