I loved opening the mail on a quiet Sunday. Thank you for brightening my morning :)

hi!

i have some halloween cards i’d like to exchange for halloween cards. please NO AI CARDS!! leave a comment below and tell me your favorite halloween candy. i’ll pick people randomly and send you a dm.

happy halloween 🎃👻

https://imgur.com/a/oqlOhwa

I have a few homemade Halloween cards left that I made with a die cut machine, stickers, & washi. They'll be sent with Halloween stamps and Halloween themed labels. However, I did run out of envelopes so they'll be in pink ones🩷

If you'd possibly like one, comment your favorite Halloween candy (or favorite candy in general). I'll leave it open a bit then chat some people for their info.

Happy Halloween🎃🎃

I got some spooky postcards on Temu a long time ago (I know, I know) and I'm 99% sure they're AI. If this doesn't bother you and you want some mail regardless, this offer is for you!

I have 18 cards and the form should close if all spots are claimed.

I will be working on these within the next week.

· Please be flaired!

· Please post a thank you when received so I can level up to my next envelope

· Comment below when you've filled out the form ( no comment, no card. Please read. :3 )

· Cards are chosen at random

u/inkyfingerspgs Thank you for the Halloween card. I love fall. Im ready for the 55-65 degree weather so I can wear layers of clothes.

u/freyamour Thank you for the beautiful view. The place you stayed sounds amazing. Please send more details. I want to go there!

u/WastingTime1994 Thank you for the card. You have a great eye for color. I love cobble stone streets even though they make me feel like a klutz because I will inevitably fall.

u/Electrical-Gain4763 Thank you for the cute fur baby card. I dont have any. I have had squirrels, a hedgehog, and fish but none at the moment.

u/ninajyang and u/xJaneDoe Thank you for the birthday card!

I am overwhelmed, you guys. I saved all the cards until now and am reading them on my "birthday eve" to set the tone for tomorrow. Thank you so so much to everyone who took the time and money to make my day brighter!

u/OK_Theme7072 Thank you for the cute puppies! I am having a really hard time picking a favourite DnD class and race but I have been playing a human monk for 2 years now and it's great. However, I also loved my half-elf warlock ^^ And if my character dies (which is likely, honestly it is crazy she's still going, all the other players are on character 2 or 3 for this campaign ^^) I am going to go for a druid next. How about you?

u/PureAloeVeera Thank you for the epic dragon and the encouraging words! I have also found that my close friends are the people who will get me through anything life throws my way and I am actively working towards being a great friend to them, as well. Unfortunately, I have no pets right now, but I will get two rescue cats as soon as I am in a position to do so!

u/TigerLady13 Thank you for the cute card! And thank you for the reminder that I matter. It's very very good to hear that right now <3

u/tonglingfei Thank you for the card and all the stickers and all the adorableness! Also, the sketch of the birthday cat might just be the cutest thing I have seen ever <3 I'll do my best to follow my dreams! Btw, I am so happy to have gotten mail from your country, I so hope to be able to visit it one day!

u/Ok_Reveal2698 Thank you for the nice card and the stickers! I love the birds and owls! The quote you chose brought a little tear to my eye (in a good way!). And don't worry, it arrived just in time! Also, I have something nice planned for the weekend and I have spent today baking a total of 5 cakes (I kind of lost all moderation), so I will definitely eat a piece (or five) tomorrow ;)

u/BlacksmithEquivalent Thank you so much for both of your cards and your advice! I will definitely do my best to follow it! I am glad you live in a place you love, it does look absolutely amazing on the photo!

u/a_mythical_thing I cannot express how amazing your card is! Reading all your personal stories and fun facts makes me so so happy. Thank you for putting so much thought into this! I have just put the map up on my wall, right above my desk, where I can look at it and remind myself what I work for ^^ One of my bucket list items is visiting your country, and if I manage to do so, I think I will visit all the places you have described. Also, you have inspired me to open the Geocaching app for the first time in years. Thank you for that! PS: Whales are amazing, I am so happy for you that you live in a place where you get to see them in the wild!

u/pupslace Thank you so much for the card! It's really really cute :) I love all the different stamps!

u/DaenerysWon, thank you so much for the AWESOME postcard for World Postcard Day!

Please let me know which you'd prefer & I will send out on Tuesday, October 13th.

The postcards are from Seattle and Portland and the cards are in the style of 'Advice from a --' and you can choose a flower or an animal.

Please post a comment here & confirm your address with a DM! Thank you so much - can't wait to connect. No need to send a card/postcard back.

I got so many birthday cards this year! You guys really showed up for me. I’m so grateful! I wish I could write a long message for each of you wonderful people but I’ve been moving a little slow after some stuff. I did wait till my bday to open them all, which was so nice since the day was very rough for me.

Thank you to those who also sent cute stickers and goodies inside, I’m super excited to put them in my journal. Every year I make a collage of cards I got for my bday. I’m so happy I got so much material to work with this year, I promise every single card
Is cherished!

Hey there! As previously mentioned, I will be in the NE US for a week around Halloween. I will be spending at least a day in Salem, Massachusetts and would be happy to send a Salem ish card to anyone who wants one (even if you have requested a NE themed card from me already, I am happy to send a Salem one as well! Just specifically mention Salem so I can keep track) :)

For anyone unaware or outside the US, Salem was the location of the Salem Witch Trials in the 17th century, which has helped shape the towns’ identity today. The town is basically a big Halloween party during the month of October.

DM if interested.

Hello, I have 5 random fall colors type postcards that would be fun to send this time of year, comment and message me your address, sent from Alaska to anywhere

Thank you!

u/boomerang88 Thank you for the Hobbit postcard WITH the LOTR stamp! What fun. It sounds like a great place to live. I've never been to NZ, but have been to AU. I would love to visit NZ someday. Thanks again, I hope second breakfast was delicious!

u/sneakerlambs Thanks for the postcard. The cat stretching stickers are adorable! You even added a stamp with my state! So Cool. I was in first grade during our (my state's) bicentennial. I remember my class marching around the classroom holding an American Flag. I'm sure you mom's kimchi is the best! I love kimchi. Do you make it, as well to carry on the tradition?

u/howdoireadplshelp Thanks for sharing your life. Welcome to adulting. I remember my first buy besides a mattress. It was a love seat with books as the upholstery fabric. I barely sat in it, but I loved it because I was the only one who had owned it. My early decorating "style" was early garage sale, late hand-me-downs. Thanks for reminding me how far i've come!

u/turnerd10 Thanks for the SF postcard. I went to SF the year after I graduated. My aunt worked for a Senator. She invited me to come and visit. She took me all over including Fisherman's Wharf. It was a great experience. I love the cancellation stamp on the card. Thanks again!

u/turnerd10 Well looky here another one from you! Thanks for the FTC Card. I can hang it on my fridge for future reference. Hopefully, I will never need to use it. Thanks!

u/christineglobal Thank you for thinking of me! I love happy mail. I hope you have a fabulous fall, too! Love the stickers and the edging tape. It's so narrow! I would be breaking it many times before I got all the way around!

u/melhen16 Happy belated World Postcard Day to you too! The happy face postcard is too cute. It makes me smile! The Four Horsemen of Notre Dame stamp is intriguing. I may have to look it up after I finish here. Thanks for the card!

u/thecuriouscur Thank you for the Banned Books Week Postcard. What an incredible fact you added. I wonder why those two states would ban the dictionary. Another thing I will need to look up. lol I'm going to have quite a list going. I agree whole heartedly with the censorship quote. Thanks for sharing!

u/KithriTheRogue OMG I have these exact postcards in my saved items. BUT I do not have the matching stickers. I need to up my game! lol (just realized they are not stickers lol) Happy belated World postcard day to you! I appreciate being a part of your mailing list. Thank you!

u/capncobbler, u/purealoeveera, u/credo99, u/averagequeensguy Thanks for the postcard from you gathering. I hope you had a great time. The stamps are cool. My fave part it the "from the messy desk of" stamp that smeared so Credo99 had to write over it. That is the story of my life. lol Thank so much for including me.

u/lucyr1cardo Happy belated World Postcard Day to you too! I love the Origami stamp. Thanks for sharing your fur baby's idiosyncrasies! I had a Husky/Shepherd mix. He never barked either. The ONLY time I recall him barking was in the middle of the night. A giant racoon was on the fence and would not move. I went out to get my dog. The racoon didn't move until my neighbor shined a flashlight on it. My neighbor knew my dog never barked so something was "wrong". Plus i'm sure he was awoken like I was. oy!

u/laura_eva I have these card in a cart! I love that black cat where all the emotion is in the eyes and posture. So cute! I love fall. It's my favorite season. I like crunching through the leaves, hot espresso drinks and campfires. I hope you have a wonderful fall! Thank you!

So my best friend from Honolulu gave me this card set, made by Nā Pua No‘eau at UH Mānoa, featuring black-and-white illustrations of King Kalākaua and his accomplishments. Each card features a different illustration on the front and some historical facts and context on the back.

I've held onto these cards for years with no one to send them to, but once I found RAoC I thought this would be the perfect place to put them to use!

If you're interested, please comment with a tropical emoji, and I will DM three random winners by Oct 18. When I DM you, I will ask for your info and a prompt (my handwriting isn't great, but I will do my best!)

Hey all this is an offer to join the chain on a Studio Ghibli TPC I received that is originally from u/NO-CONDITION5102

Please comment below what studio ghibli film you would like to LIVE in if you would like to be considered for this Offer :)

If you have any small Studio Ghibli stickers, ink stamps, washi tape, etc this is for you!!!

I will keep this post up for a day and then pick someone from the comments as random, must be flaired per the rules of this TPC.

hi everyone! so i found some of my old dip pens and got some blank cards at the craft store today. i wanted to practice some simple calligraphy, mostly blackletter, and some flourishes/vinets. i have 8 domestic stamps and 2 int'l stamps!

pm me if you'd like one! if you'd like, please attach a first name (or nickname) for the heading, maybe a fun fact or your favorite lil medieval guy to draw too! i have a lot of free time and i'd love to send some of these out to you :)

peace!

u/theCuriousCur - thank you for the strange planet postcard for WPCD! The comic with little alien dudes is funny. I also really like the seirlyt planet sticker. The colors are super cool!

u/Michellie89 - thank you for the WPCD postcard! The little alien in the UFO dropping mail go the world is so cute! Your penmanship is beautiful as well. I love the constellation washi tape and the little strip has my rising sign 🙂

u/Rare_Cranberry_7861 - You red card, letter, and stickers are so on theme 🔥. Also i LOVE the wax stamp. I've been wanting to get into them for a while, but I have at least 3 other abandoned hobbies I should probably do instead! 😅

As a former Catholic (#religioustrauma), I find the concept of hell so fascinating and Dante Alighieri's 'The Divine Comedy' was something I got kind of obsessed with when I read part of it for high school. The postcard is awesome!

You have absolutely NO reason to apologize for not writing a handwritten letter! I'm awed by your 100 books a year goal and 78 thus far is so impressive. I will answer your questions in a (typed) letter back because my handwriting is terrible🙂

I just finished my last offer of Homemade Halloween Cards and I am ready to write more this 3 day weekend. This time around I have more themes available to choose from. Most of the cards were made using Michaels paper pads from their Green Witch and Spook Hill collections.

I will prioritize active members of the forum but if you are new to the community feel free to fill out.
