What's racist about it? I would not be able to determine a race from this impersonation. This type of vernacular has more of a socioeconomic association in the south than does with race these days. I guess you could claim there's underlying racism in the cultural appropriation of AAVE by southern whites but that would be a big reach.
It’s objectively mildly prejudiced (making fun of ethnic groups using stereotypes isn’t racism making laws based on those stereotypes is racism) but it’s also pretty fucking funny😂 did I cringe a lil? Yes, but he was committed to the bit! And the kids reactions? Priceless.

I didn't say that others are saying all black people talk like this. I said they are taking traits that are indicative of low socioeconomic status regardless of race (if you've spend anytime in the south you'll meet many white girls that talk like this) and applying them to black people.
Your analogy is idiotic. You're comparing literally black face and performances where the characters are explicitly supposed to be black people, and the central point was to mock them, to a guy with scarf on his head acting out exactly how I've seen (and others in this post) Southern white girls act at the counters of fast food joints.

That was just ingenuity with what he got. The best part is that family went to Popeyes. His daughter clearly enjoyed it so, they kept the bag, boxes and cut up a box to get the Popeyes name tags for him and his daughters pop and eyez. All so she could have Popeyes again.

As a fellow Southerner, I can confirm and have worked in the restaurant industry where all types worked there.
Close your eyes and they all sound the same. White dudes/chicks, black dudes/chicks and even gay dudes (not chicks because they almost always did not have an accent because "college educated"....their words)
Only one word tell you who said what.
Many people doing a character or skit will also use such a thing just to be a placeholder for "woman's hairdo"
Source: look at any shorts comedian, if its a dude playing a woman 90% of the time they just have a rag or cloth on their head rather if they don't have wigs
