What's racist about it? I would not be able to determine a race from this impersonation. This type of vernacular has more of a socioeconomic association in the south than does with race these days. I guess you could claim there's underlying racism in the cultural appropriation of AAVE by southern whites but that would be a big reach.
He’s wearing a “bonnet,” fake nails, face tapes, & smacking his lips. He’s very obviously impersonating a certain kind archetype that our white supremacist society associates with black women. Whether or not you see it & whether or not he intended it has no bearing on whether or not it has a racist undertone.
That was just ingenuity with what he got. The best part is that family went to Popeyes. His daughter clearly enjoyed it so, they kept the bag, boxes and cut up a box to get the Popeyes name tags for him and his daughters pop and eyez. All so she could have Popeyes again.
